The front desk were so nice in dealing with clients
The security staff were unfortunetly impolite and rude as well as the staff of the VPS They give a very bad reputation to the name of the hotel
Three telephone calls :local and less than 1 minute each 64 usd! !
I paid for 2 small bottle of water 12$ in the mini bar at my room.

I was booked the room with my parents through booking.com Then my trip has been changed They didnt accept my new schedule and charged me

Location and room size . Lobby great

The location and the breakfast buffet was lovely.
Dysfunctional check in The duvet and linen had blood stains on it ! The housekeepers acted like a cartel of lost boys, making such a racket while cleaning the rooms. I had to tell them to calm down. The concierge was incompetent and rude.. I had requested a driver then I cancelled 12-hrs in advance because something came up, the concierge had the audacity to wake me up early morning to yell at me ? Because I had cancelled The furniture and beds needs a total revamp.
Free wifi (was not working one night but other than this, it was working fine). The hotel location is good in the heart of Hamra area and close to many cafe' and shops. Hamra area is not of a high standard as it used to be once but still is convenient in terms of being in a somewhat central location.
Hotel needs to be downgraded from a five-star hotel to a 4 or 3. It badly needs some serious renovation and to also upgrade their hygiene level (I found a bed bug once on my supposedly freshly made bed!! There were some sort of flies in the bathroom. in our second day of stay, they told us they blocked usage of all kettles in the hotel due to an electricity overload or something of the sort! The drawers reeked of an awful smell that would get you unconscious if you stay close for long. Shower and sink tap were fixed upon our request and after that they were working better)
Internet very slow Car parking is extremely expensive
almost everything was ok
there should be internet for free
Location is good, although is a bit noisy during the mornings
It needs a renovation. Its old fashioned and the value for money is poor
i like the spa facility which is about 20 minutes from the hotel but include in the price.
Staff r very kindly
Valet parking r very bad
The quality of food
Cleaning and room service
The location is very good at the center of Beirut
Near by down town, near by Rawsha , close to hamra shops
The door of the balcony got stuck ao the AC wasnt working properly
sevice, ammenities need refurbishment, the hotel is starting to run down breakfast is very poor and the room service forgot litterally to serve us for two days, towels not delivered
I liked the room and the wifi service. also the location was good and the idea of finding easy transportation.
At times it was pretty noisy. There was noise of some kind of drilling. and i could hear the guests kids fighting. Breakfast was ok but not fresh nor served on a to day basis. fruit salad was served on two consecutive days. also the bread was not fresh. Also i asked for the lights to be fixed in the bathroom which was not.
Wifi internet excellent
No breakfast Salt water Disturbing in corridors
Friendly staff. Great guest relation service.
Too noisy location. Very old furniture with bad smell. Cleanses wish to be better. Expensive for such hotel. Interior very old. Over priced for tourists. A/C system doesn't work for temperature regulation. Crowded with buildings around.
