Wifi could be improved & selection of TV channels
I have stayed at Le Patio on two separate occasions & each time the service has been phenomenal. Make sure you ask for Jihan at the front desk - she is incredible. The hotel is situated in the city center & walking distance from EVERYTHING. By far the best hotel in Lebanon.
The hotel staff were very warm, welcoming, and helpful. Combined with great facilities, this is where I plan to stay next time I'm in Beirut.
the hotel has an excellent location, all the staff were extremely friendly and professional. very good experience. can stay in the hotel for personal stays as well as corporate events local and international
Breakfast is really really basic and not so nice. Bath could do with some polishing.
Location is great! Staff was super lovely and helpful. Overall, a nice stay
The Breakfast was poor and expensive, although I asked for a quiet room it was very noisy from the clubs downstairs. I asked to pay for the hotel in cash and they accepted, however they still charged my credit card for an amount higher than my stay including taxes and extras. I now have to wait for 2 weeks to get a refund from my credit card.
The staff were friendly, gracious and very helpful. They did all the restaurant reservations. Everything was perfect. I will stay there every time I visit Beruit.
Location and dedicated staff and Managment
We had such a noisy room from the music of the around bar that we couldn't sleep.
My stay at Le Patio was wonderful from check in to check out. The location is fabulous. Suite was spacious, comfortable and felt like a home away from home. House keeping was diligent. Room Service was always fast and the food delicious. The best thing about Le Patio is there staff. Everyone I encountered was so helpful and sweet and always smiling. I would like to especially mention Jihan and Farah who I dealt with the most during my stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them, be it organising a hairdresser to visit my suite or arranging for a pharmacy to send medication on a Sunday when everything downtown was closed! The staff of Le Patio are truly exceptional. I will definitely be back! Thank you again :)
The wifi was very poor - most of the time t didnt work, I couldnt receive my whats app messages or use the internet. I had to sit down the end of the corridor and spent maybe 3 hours of my 3 day stay trying to connect to the internet. I had to call staff all the time to get a new password and try and connect. Any extra services were very expensive. A taxi to the airport was double the high street price. The hairdresser was double the high street price. They charged me 26,000 LP for a call that didnt even connect. Therefore i felt the hotel was trying to rip me off even at any opporunity
the staff were very friendly and accommodating
- very basic breakfast choices for the hotel of this category - our room was facing the main night spot in Beirut where music won't stop until the morning hours, so it was quite difficult to fall asleep and impossible to open a window
- nice rooms - comfortable bed - clean - central location
Noise from night-life in streets outside hotel till 3 am in weekend. Staff should have alerted us and offered a room on other side of hotel away from noise.
Excellent location within walking distance to shopping outlets and restaurants in down town Beirut. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms.
best location ever, cozy , quit
1-poor quality furniture 2- no value for money
1- location 2- Staff
The staff at the front desk and everyone else was tremendous. Very helpful and kind. Could not ask for more. They should all get a raise, because it is rare to find employees who try so hard to please hotel guest.
Wifi was week
Location v good.staff v helpful nice&friendly.special thanks to"farah,jiji,fabios,&Antony&ev body"I recomend it to everyone
1-They cancel my booking because of the card which i used was with pin code and they charge me more than booking rate. 2-The noises are unbelievable from street Bar. 3-Continue Water running in drainage pipes "very bad" 4- Small reception. 5-Small rooms. 6- no view, 7-Ala card break fast.
Nothing deserve to stay in this hotel. some staff are nice.
The wifi connection in the hotel is not dependable. It took me a good 1 hour to download a text email and had to but a local simcard to access data for my laptop. Definitely not a business hotel.
Lovely Staff, Miss Farah, Miss Jihan and their super helpful bellboy made my stay unforgetable. They helped with my lunch reservations and even accompanied my when I was lost in the city. Great hotel for touristic/romantic beirut trip. Amazing location and clean rooms.
noise from night clubs at night
quality, design and service
sound of the music of bars & resturants hearing them in the room
The reception and concierge were very helpful. Farah at Concierge was fantastic in arranging club bookings for us. The staff were also very helpful in ordering taxis for us which conveniently could be charged to the room, saving us having to withdraw cash constantly. The hotel is located right near very trendy and cool bars in the nice downtown area. I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Beirut.
Parking is not easy but its a minor issue considering all the other benefits.
Staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I'll surely stay there again next time I'm in Beirut.
Location and the team of the front office
Room was on the small side. Hotel.located next to bars and clubs which are open.late and can be noisy.
Staff were pleasant and courteous. Clean rooms. Comfortable bedding.
On the weekends its a bit noisy because of the bars along the street
Great location and very helpful and friendly staff
