1- location 2- Staff
1-poor quality furniture 2- no value for money
The staff at the front desk and everyone else was tremendous. Very helpful and kind. Could not ask for more. They should all get a raise, because it is rare to find employees who try so hard to please hotel guest.
Location v good.staff v helpful nice&friendly.special thanks to"farah,jiji,fabios,&Antony&ev body"I recomend it to everyone
Wifi was week
Nothing deserve to stay in this hotel. some staff are nice.
1-They cancel my booking because of the card which i used was with pin code and they charge me more than booking rate. 2-The noises are unbelievable from street Bar. 3-Continue Water running in drainage pipes "very bad" 4- Small reception. 5-Small rooms. 6- no view, 7-Ala card break fast.
Lovely Staff, Miss Farah, Miss Jihan and their super helpful bellboy made my stay unforgetable. They helped with my lunch reservations and even accompanied my when I was lost in the city. Great hotel for touristic/romantic beirut trip. Amazing location and clean rooms.
The wifi connection in the hotel is not dependable. It took me a good 1 hour to download a text email and had to but a local simcard to access data for my laptop. Definitely not a business hotel.
quality, design and service
noise from night clubs at night
sound of the music of bars & resturants hearing them in the room
The reception and concierge were very helpful. Farah at Concierge was fantastic in arranging club bookings for us. The staff were also very helpful in ordering taxis for us which conveniently could be charged to the room, saving us having to withdraw cash constantly. The hotel is located right near very trendy and cool bars in the nice downtown area. I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Beirut.
Staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I'll surely stay there again next time I'm in Beirut.
Parking is not easy but its a minor issue considering all the other benefits.
Location and the team of the front office
Staff were pleasant and courteous. Clean rooms. Comfortable bedding.
Room was on the small side. Hotel.located next to bars and clubs which are open.late and can be noisy.
Great location and very helpful and friendly staff
On the weekends its a bit noisy because of the bars along the street
staff were very professional , and welcoming, hotel is perfectly placed walking distance from restaurants, pubs, and shops. Modern hotel but still with a classic touch. would certainly visit again.
Excellent position, great staff, intemate and cousy walkind distance to everything downtown.
To start with, the staff, all of them especially Omar, were a pleasure to deal with. They made me and my guests feel really welcome and made sure all our requests were being attended to. Super clean hotel and great location. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip. Thanks guys, you rock!
Perfect location,very clean,and amazing staff
The Hotel is among the finest i have used.. totally recommended.
disliked the car park cost which is over priced for someone staying at the hotel. 25$ per day is pricy.
Excellent service, very courteous staff. Nice comfortable hotel well fitted out, clean and well looked after. Would recommend to others and stay there again. Peaceful location.
No vehicle access to the front door. Need to walk with bags to the end of the street for drop off and collection. It would be useful if they could open the bollard temporarily for collection and drop off.
Location is great, close to shopping, cafes, restaurants, cinema, night clubs. All in walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff.
nothing really, everything was great
24 bar, king bed, view
Nothing at all.
Like one family ...
Staff , location
Nothing honestly everything was good
- Central location, within the downtown business/ shopping district, and directly on Uruguay street (one of the newest / most vibrant bar streets in Beirut) - State of the art rooms - Quaint and romantic - Free (but slow) wifi
- Valet Parking is outsourced to a diner valet (Roadster), whose crew is not super responsive/ efficient; and it ain't cheap for the service you get! - Crew is very nice and serve with a (big) smile; but their efficiency leaves a lot to desire (one morning, we waited for 100 minutes for a small breakfast for 2, that STILL came incomplete!) - Wifi is (free but) slow-ish
The close attention and services from the kind staff was unbeatable
The loud music from nearby bars were too disturbing
This hotel is located in the Beiruit Souks and Friday and Saturday night the bars and clubs blast dance music. Base and dance music rocked our room (and not in a good way) until after 3am. We asked to move and were shown a room on the other side of the building with the same problem. The next morning, with headaches and having missed breakfast, the staff were absolutely no help at all and wouldn't even apologise. Their attitude is disgraceful as this place is over 200 USD per night!
