I reach the hotel at 7pm and I found my booking was canceled I call befor my arriving that I will be leat and they accept I tryed with the hotel to reconfirm my booking and they did . I tryed to cancel last night couse I chek out on 11 may but its not accepted by booking.com and they charge full payment for 4 days . So if you can return last night charge . Best regard hamad

Le Metropolitan était en rénocation. J'ai été transféré au Hilton Habtour voisin. Le Hitlon Habtour est un excellent hôtel.

The location is great and the room size was very good. Also, the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The mall close to the hotel is very convenient for shopping and dining. there was no nice bar at the hotel to enjoy a drink. The facilities in terms of drinking and eating were very limited and not nice. You cannot enjoy a drink at the hotel.

I liked the place and view from the 32 floor for overall beirut. I liked the room as it was wide in space. I liked the gym & Jacusy. I didn't like the room service as they missed many thing when preparing the room. (E.G. slippers, matches, shoe cleaners & water bottles).

The Breakfast Buffet was the best thing the hotel had to offer. The extremely rude staff! The front desk took a long time checking me because they believed there was a mistake in my booking with booking.com. Despite getting a fax from bookin.com to confirm my booking and the rate, the staff were squabbling for 30 minutes! Apart from that, they refused to help me change my foreign currency, told me the pool was under maintenance and to use the pool in their sister hotel and did not deliver my room-service dinner. I eventually liaised with the general manager! Either the Hilton has gone to the dogs or they don't train their staff anymore! I WILL NEVVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!
