The staff were very kind and helpful, the sitting area was so comfortable, the design of bedroom was modern and I liked the touch of stone cladding behind the bed, the heating and cooling system works very well. The sea view that I ordered was not as per my expectations because the hotel is located far from the sea-shore and buildings were blocking the view.

Terrible location where you can find all around as the hotel is located in a business center and it is a 2 minutes walk-in distance from the down town and the old souk of Byblos. Welcoming, helpful and friendly staff with clean and comfortable room and bath. As it my second visit to Monoberge, i noticed this time the obvious improvement in the breakfast with new items selection and a wide variety of choice. I will come back again and again as i feel myself as if i am at home. Congratulations Monoberge.....

New and Rustic Building. Fast and easy check-in. Welcoming and friendly staff who provided me with all info upon my check-in. The room was so clean and you can smell the fresh odor out of it. All what you need is here in terms of guest amenities and specially the room service is always there at your disposal. Breakfast is Good, fresh and delicious. My stay was so comfortable at Monoberge which i recommend to many travelers.

No better value for money, Strategic Location, Young welcoming and helpul staff, I simply love it and recommend it to those who really want to enjoy a good stay and get relaxed in a confortable and clean Hotel. You can feel as if you are at home. The Breakfast area is so calm and cozy and the Buffet has good variety of choices with fresh and delicious items. They have a diet food menu with calculated calories served to the room. i have ordered a chicken Ceasar salad and it was so delicious. I will come back again to Monoberge the next time i visit this Historic and Ancient City Jbeil "Byblos".

The hotel is very well maintained since my first visit two years ago Staff is friendly and available for any requests or comments Very conveniently situated for a pedestrian weekend in Byblos jbeil, we didn't use the car to go around the city, it is at 10 minutes walk from jbeil public beach, sea port and restaurants. Not to mention the rooms which are practically equipped. If you look for lazy pointless and pampering luxury go somewhere else. This one is perfect clean and practical for a dynamic stay in the jbeil area. Maybe some larger sized bath towels

New hotel, with a great comfort, compared to other hotels we stayed at in Lebanon. Breakfast is good, in line with other hotels. Suites face the sea, while regular rooms are on the highway. However, all are perfectly quiet at night

The Room is so large comparing to other 3 star Hotels I have visited. The room was clean and the housekeepings are polite. It is a European style and so cozy. All I can say is that this hotel deserves to be a 4* because of its service and products.

I really liked everything about this cozy hotel. Its much better then many 4* hotels in Beirut with such high rates. Rooms are very clean and very nice decorated, the colors are confortable and space is good. I like the location which is really very close to everything, to the old souks of Jbeil, city center, cafe shops and restaurants. The hotel staff and especially receptionist (Richard) was very nice, they upgraded my room to Premium suite and offered me free late check out till the afternoon. For a person like me who work in Tourism Business and travel a lot, this was one of my most confortable stay at an Hotel. I loved it and will go back everytime I have the chance too, I already booked for my Fitr Vacation and will take my relatives and friends with me for a whole weekend stay. There is nothing I didnt like

Very freindly and helpful staff, at your service anytime. These people are so welcoming... The room was clean, you can smell the freshness odor. Moreover, the room is large in space and has very comfrtable mattress. You can find everything inside the room in terms of guest amenities. The most important is the bathroom it was shining. The breakfast was so delicious, I liked so much the scrambeled eggs. My stay was Excellent, relaxing and calm. Perfect Location, where everything you need is all around, just few minutes walk from the old souk, the beach and the Castle of Jbeil. For what I have paid, I got it in return in terms of products, service and hospitality...
