Staff are very helpful and friendly. Location is perfect for walking to almost anywhere in Beirut, especially downtown and souk Beirut . And the view is magnificent! It is a bit too expensive compared to similar hotels. For almost the same price, you can stay at centerly located ramada or radisson who are both better value for money and 10 mins walk away. Another thing is the maintenNce of the rooms, there were little stains on the carpets and bathrooms were not well ventilated

Location only. Room was dirty on arrival. The room was described as having tea and coffee making facilities - there weren't any and we were refused them by the staff. They did however bring a flask of hot water on request and charged use 3 dollars for a small jug of milk ! The room was also supposed to have bathrobes and slippers and a seating area. There were none of these either. The view out the front is nice overlooking the marina ( sea view room, for which we paid extra ) but the journey there, looking out the back at the dirty empty disused swimming pool, broken furniture and windows is a bit depressing. The Asian nightclub in the basement thumping out music over the weekends until 4am finally pushed us to leave for alternative accomodation. For the money they are charging this place needs to get its act together and find quieter tennants in the basement.

I liked it's location what was walking distance from down town cafes and restaurants. The room had a nice view of a marina. The hotel has a quite relaxing feel to it. The room decoration felt dated and so did the bathroom for a four star hotel located in down town. The breakfast that was included was limited option and the same daily. The room tv channels were limited.

Location of the hotel is very convenient for visitors to Beirut Te hotel is somewhat old and thus the rooms, their furniture, and especially the bathrooms are old. If these are renovated, I believe that the hotel woul be better suited to serve international travellers.

Location is good. The staff was helpful and proffessional. I expect more from a 4 stars hotel. Some basic stuff that can be provided in the room is : traveler's tooth brush, or at least the room service should provide one upon request. I expect at least 2 complementary small bottle of waters in the room with water heater and a couple of nescafe and coffee mate bags (this is the standard for 3 stars hotels in uae) .... Your humble valet parcking services should be for free and not for 17,000 ll. But I guess the valet parking rip off is the latest trend in lebanon.

I can write nothing what I enjoy in this hotel!!!!!!!!! éN nem tudok irni semmit amit élvezni tudtam volna ebben a hotelben....... The hotel too expensive for get nothing with this price! The staf is lasy, the rooms as armyhotel, the breakfast is poor, internet so expensive and slowly, so everything is a big shit. I never go back to this hotel!!!!!! ez a hotel túl drága semmit sem kapni ezért az árért. a személyzet lusta, a szobák mint a katonai kollégium, a reggeli szegényes, az interenet drága és lassú, szóval egy nagy átverés az egész ezért az árért. soha többet nem megyek vissza ebbe a hotelbe!!!

The food is alright, the price is fair and not value for money, but it could be better if the hotel could provide free wifi for the customers. What missing as well, this hotel has no compliment drinking water which most hotel provides it nowadays in each room. Any how I do enjoy my stay there since the staff are polite and friendly. Considering to stay in the hotel in the future may be I'll think about it. What I write here is from my honest opinion for the betterment of this hotel and make some improvement which can be value for money to the customer. Hope to see some improvement to my suggestion in the future. No free wifi, no compliment drinking water.

The staff are very helpful and polite. The sea view is great. No free parking for the guests which is very annoying. Some serious work needs to be done to improve the interior especially the carpet. The carpet is extremely dirty which is really affecting the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was small and the bed was not a king sized bed. It was actually two single beds sticked together which was very inconvenient. The bar was locked and complimentary water on arrival.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was convenient for a weekend break The Spa/Healthclub was under maintenance and the pool was closed as well. This should at least be communicated on their website!!! The breakfast buffet is a desaster, food doesn't look fresh and you have to pay extra if you want a decent italian coffee. There were no bathrobes or slippers in the room.
