Unfortunately, the smell in the room was quite strong and therefore disturbing.

Wireless was very slow at peak times

expensive hotel taxi service (twice the regular rate)

This was our second visit and we highly reccomend this lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly and check in and out was quick and professional. They upgraded us to a Junior suite free of charge. Breakfast excellent and rooms were warm and comfortable.

I loved the friendly nature of the staff especially at the reception. The hotel is very convenient and is in a very convenient and quite place close to shopping areas.

Food Hotel is outdated

Emploeeys are extremely friendly. Rooms are not huge, but comfy.

1) I would recommend that they add water to drink in the rooms. 2) The location is not bad, but tough to reach there if you do not know the areaa properly.

Compare to 4 star hotel in lebanon this is the best and it is better than some 5 stars there the have a good free internet they improve the breakfast

First, the staff and the service is excellent. They were very helpful and attentive to our needs. We asked for a quiet room and we were given one. We asked for a late check out and we were given one.

The only think I liked is the very proffesional staff, exelent service ,smart attetude.

Never I will recomend this hotel because between the room there no solid walls , but partitions ponly so there is no privacy, I didnt relaxed at all , I was disturbed from the contuniuse sound, noise ,shoutings and kids screamming from the neighbouring rooms because there is no isolation between the rooms. Cigarete smell everywhere due to no isolation.

Breakfast included in the room, I have selected Padova expected that I can walk and cross the street to attend my meeting at the Metropolitan but I found no access and I need to walk for a long turn 15 min It is small Hotel you don't feel it is busy.

Isolation in the rooms doesn't exist. I was given connected room, when entered the room The connected (single door not two doors) was not locked and the other guest in the next room was chocked while he was with his underwear that the single door was open! Not even that throught the three night I was hearing even his breath while sleeping!!! Like he was in my room and I think same applies on me. Bed is less than 90cm you should be able to sleep on one side.

At arrival i was instantly noticed and aproached with a smile, professionalism and a fresh juice! After as i eas filling out the check-in form (fast), i noticed that i had the bell boy already "waiting" for me to take me to the room with my luggage (backpack) and a tray with water and some cookies. After that everything was just as expected taking my reception has a stantard; excelent service and everything you need to know, just ask reception and you will get the best answer! Just one thing that could be a little better, wich is at breakfast, the bread was, on my two mornings at diferent hours, no so fresh. If you improve the breakfast everything will be just perfect and maximized according to the type of hotel. Thank tou very much for making my stay in Beirut confortable and relaxed!
