Nice staff, average breakfast, clean rooms, very well welcome, a little bit noise,Poor location, so far from public transportations, the equipment of bathrooms must be richened, mini fridge in the room has to be fulled (water, cola e.g.) serving of breakfast has to be improved, the location of restaurant is not good but the ambiance of it might be improved. |

Service was very good, and the hotel is located in very quiet area and luxuries area. The rooms are too small, either you take suite or don't stay at the hotel; poor facilities, and far from shopping centers. |

I like the hotel in general. The hotel was clean, not old, especially the bathrooms. They need to check the drainage system just like everyother hotel. Great smiles and very helpful and respectful stuff. I will reside there again when I visit next time. They don't have the best bar and or intertainment stuff is nill. |

Friendly Staff, Away from Down-Town Traffic, Free Internet, Housekeeper always available Housekeeping Service is not that good in cleaning and they keep moving my bathroom stuff around. Internet is slow, and they serve canned food for room service. |

Staff tried to be accomodating. They were responsive for what was in their control. Security was poor. No double lock on door and balcony door lock did not work as well. The balconies were 2 feet apart...would have been easy for someone to climb onver |

all in all it is acceptable ... Location is not Convenient at all, far from the city and the lively places, and at night one would really feel how empty the area is... and to reach the city center you need to pay not little for taxies |

Only breakfast was good compared to other hotels with the same rate. Poor room service. Bad food when u order at the room. They dont clean the room even when ask for it. Bad smell at the lobby and at and around the only elevator. Bad hotel transportation uncleaned cheap cars and they charge as if its a mercedes of bmw. No dry cleaning or any pressing facility at the hotel it took me one day and a half to arrange for pressing my clothes to attened a meeting then it took me the whole morning asking for ironing my clothes then the rest of the day to wait till it happened, at the end I had to talk to everyone at the hotel to send me ironing to press my clothes after it came the same. I went to my meeting 3 houres lat. I stayed 3 nights they never cleaned the room non once even when I ask, although I tip one. |

Given the very limited number of mid range hotels in Beirut, this hotel is a good option for travellers who want cleanliness, but don't want to spend 100s of $$ just for sleeping. A private car is strongly recommended as taxi costs add up to get to downtown & beaches. Location requires a car to move around easily. |

We were greeted with a glass of orange juice and very friendly staff. The Breakfast Buffet was good - many choices and a good selection of fruit. The room was clean (despite the little flies). The hotel is much fruther away from downtown than their website indicates. It's also in an isolated area. The room was full of tiny white-ish flies (almost like fruit flies). When I complained about that I was told that the cleaning staff will look after it, but for the next two days, I still had the same problem. Little information was available for tourists on what to do and where to go. |

The hotel is located in a prime location in Beirut. Very great service and the staff was very helpful. They are always smiling and ready to help. The hotel is very clean. |

The reception were helpful and friendly Area without any facility, room was smaller than expected, breakfast was terribale hardly eatable, not recommended if you are looking for a hotel with facilities, the only reasonable thing was the price of the room, which was still not value for money, be aware that hotel is far from any facilities, also it's far from any main street to get a taxi, and the only option is the hotel taxi which is very expensive compared to regular taxi. |
