The reception, service was perfect, we were well treated like we are guest at our best friends or family, the ambiance was perfect and the view was awesome. We visited the cedars, Qadisha's cave, and Qannoubine valley and there was a river in the bottom. The information's about the hotel was not correct: 1- no a/c in the rooms as mentioned 2- no lcd tv as mentioned just small old tv. 3- the Qannoubine valley is far and not walking distance as mentioned.
