Friendly, easygoing staff who are professional and helpful. Nader at the reception was a very attentive and polite. Upgrade to suite was nice.
AC was a bit noisy that's all.
location , team , quiet
Room window no privacy if you open your curtain since building in front was close
There was no tissue box in the room
Staff are very helpful. I got a free upgrade to junior Suite for free. They answer all questions and guide me all the time. I recommend this hotel for everyone.

the rooms Price and reception
The reception is great. The room is perfectly well equipped Great location In the middle of Hamra and Beirut
we checked in late at night and everything was ready. We booked a double room and when we arrived we noticed that we were upgraded to the royal suite (which is the top suite)! very welcoming and professional! we are definetly coming back!!
The hotel location, its facilities and its room was clean and nice in the suite i took. The staff are very friendly and flexible
The room wifi was very poor and you get only 1 hour per day free. No complimentary even water . Everything is charged tea, water etc. Minibar mix up cause no proper communication between reception and catering and cleaning staff.
quality of the rooms. breakfast was a joke. very little varieties and many items are out of stock. staff needs more tarining
Breakfast quality, Terms of Internet Service
I like the location the most and hospitality of the staff specially when I had to come little earlier than 12 noon when the staff arranged better room for me earlier to stay. Special thanks for the excellent staff
I would rather to have witless network free
Location Hospitality Price
Staff was very polite
Hotel is old, the beds are new but everything else is very old. Toilet floor was cracked, there was rust between the tiles, water was salty (an issue in Beirut but fixable), water smelled of sewage. So did the ac and that also stopped cooling. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star... Maybe in the late 60s it was
Good location Very good staff Very clean and quiet room
No hotel car park but could park on street or on private car park for 10$ per 24hr Internet ~ only 1hr free
I am trying to find something I liked, perhaps the airconditioning was fair
Rude and ignorant reception at the check in, parking is a nightmare, hotel rooms had stains on the carpets, bed sheets and curtain. No complimentary tea, coffee or water in the room and you'd expect this from 4* hotel. A dumbed whiskey bottle from the previous guests with some tissues left behind the night stands and under the bed. Bed size not as described on booking smaller then a queen size. One electrical plug for the entire room. The list does go on, our stay was obnoxious and I am being generous here- it felt like being a whore house dirty and very uncomfortable.
after two bad days, they changed the room to sweet one which it was better and comfortable comparing with the previous one. i recommend PH to anyone but with conditions before, make sure to have the good room and ask for one if you didn't like yours
first two days were very bad in the room, washroom had bad smell.
Night shift staff
The staff hospitality and care
The AC was not working in my room the staff tried to change my room with another room but the room was full of humidity and has a bad smell so i prefered to stay in my room without AC
I like the hotel location and the staff was sooo helpful and polite thx to all we enjoyed.
Bathroom has a bad smell all the time and dusty furnitur. the ladies need more training for better cleaning.
the location was superb and the staff were so friendly and helpful
