Staff was very great and friendly and they made sure that all our requirements are set. Breakfast and Dinner were Superb. Facilities and location are some of the best i have seen. I already booked my second stay in Beirut in the same hotel with the a group of work colleagues.
Nothing Major, just that we were not very happy with the taxi service since most of the cars smelled like smoke and the drivers were keeping the windows open all the time. But again that is not related to the hotel itself. If i can give a recommendation to the hotel it would be that they try to assure that the Taxi vicachels and the drivers are up to the same standard of the hotel. Another minor comment which is that the business lounge in the 6 floor was couple of times occupied with children and families which we couldn't take our meeting there but that is also not a big deal.
Friendliness of the staff
There was no clenliness and all that was promised and shown on the booking.com website. A compensation is demanded and this has been discussed with the hotel manager who was suppose to send an email to me. I did both the bookings for my colleague and myself - Daphne
Free wifi and business lounge (we had a business room)
View from room was not nice. But didn't care very much since we did not spend time in the room.
Staff courteous and professional. Close walk to the Seawall. Swimming pool and exercise equipment well maintained.
No view from the room.
Everything is great about this hotel and the surroundings.
Everything was amazing! thank you very much :)
not enough staff for the amount of people in the hotel at that time of the year
Good location, perfect indoor swimming pool, very high high high speed Internet , away from the crowded a area, close to everything
Small, clean, cozy and practical in a convenient location. Close to the sea. friendly professional staff. good value for money. decent breakfast.
Close to Downtown Beirut. Excellent Front Desk staff. I requested a late check out when I checked in and it was offered without hesitation. Quick porter service
Dodgy neighbourhood Security check at the main gate is random. Expensive parking
Comfortable friendly environment. Would definitely recommend this hotel over and over again.
near to Zaytoniya bey quiet area
friendly and helpful staff, great swimming pool and sauna, comfortable and spacious beds.
Pool area was good,well decorated.
Needs to be renovated.
Location Price Amazing swimming poor and GYM
room very old style and facilities like pool and gym at popular level. It is not a 5 stars
I liked every thing there and I will recommend my family and friends to stay at Radisson Blu Hotel when ever they travel to Beirut for leisure or business.. Keep it up everyone and thank you very much for your great service.
Location Staff Facilities Comfy bed Good food Good selection of TV stations
Expensive drink No toiletries in pool area
It was very old and not comfortable
Rooms are big. Breakfast is good. Free Wi Fi.
Old furniture in the room, need to be renovated. Carpet in the room was not clean with some stains on it !! Car parking cost 10$ per day, and then you have again to tip the valet driver who brings you the car from the hotels park !! No view at all for the room I stayed in.
Price is reasonable for the hotel chain but I think is because the decor requires some updating at some point in the future. The room is fairly spacious with a comfy couch and a writing desk Good security measures undertaken at the entrance, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel amidst the security threat in Beirut We had a comfortable sleep despite our room being located at the lower floor and near to the lift lobby. The surrounding streets felt safe and are quite quiet.
The location - there are not much dining options around and the walk to Downtown is fraught with heavy traffic along major roads and barricades around Downtown. The bathroom while spacious is quite modest in its finishes with mostly white tiles that dun spell luxury for a five star hotel
Big Size room Nice swimming pool Good buffet breakfast
A little bit noisy Wifi quite slow
Good location...clean ... Good breakfast buffet... Friendly staff especially Nancy in the front desk. Definitely will stay again
the location is excellent and the staff were very helpful and smiley.
rooms and furniture are very old.. poor with giving towels as we have to request them every day.
