the location is excellent and the staff were very helpful and smiley.
rooms and furniture are very old.. poor with giving towels as we have to request them every day.
The location and the cooperation of reservation staff
Hotel was not clean. Low quality towels and bedsheets. Had to live with ants in the toilet.
Location Comfort bed
Its unbelievable to pay for parking in 5 stars hotel and its my 1st time ever to hear it. Its not because its expensive but its a 5 stars hotel to ask you for 12 dollars daily for car parking ?????????????
breakfast, cleanness, quietness, service
Week wifi coverage inside the room.
This is the hotel I always use. However the level of service and in-room dining went considerably down. It used to be much better.
Will never forget This stay as it was our wedding night and everything was nice
The pool was not empty until 7 pm everyday because of some training sessions. They told me it is only in summer but we wanted to try the pool.
location, walking distance from the marina staff were very helpful
poor surroundings, sleazy bars opposite, did not match the hotel we could hear music in our room from the night club downstairs until 4am every night business class lounge very average facilities
The hotel is good enough for 4 stars, I was shocked to know that its a 5 stars hotel.
i like the gym and the pool clean room clean bathroom but old furniture always staying there family like it
Just a great hotel. Staff are amazing. I would love to come back and stay
Wifi is a little hard to connect to
- Security procedures - Receptionist - Staff Professional - Food is delecious
- No sea View - No Terras
friendly staff, good breakfast choices, good location
the pillows were very uncomfortable and both our necks hurt every morning.
Staff were the best. All of them from the Reception to cleaining ladies were just so nice and friendly. Hotel was a bit old but still very comfortable and very clean.
Airport Pick up! They should change the company they work with. It ruins the hotel's quality.
The rooms are really clean, and tidied/cleaned up many times during the day. The staff is very polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is not exactly in the heart of downtown, or Hamra high street, however, it is between the two and not too far from both. It is in walking distance to most attractions.
I wanted to pay the hotel in US dollars, cash. However my 50 banknotes were not accepted by the hotel, with an excuse that they are 'old' - they accept the new ones. Banks and exchange offices still take those banknotes, although the new ones have come out. I did not know about this old-new difference and all banknotes I had were old. This is a five star hotel, not a hostel. At this point I expected them to accept all banknotes, since they can easily give them to their bank. I was going around Beirut and asking people to change my banknotes for paying the hotel. Most exchange offices asked for 1 dollar commission per banknote (!), and it was annoying to pay that money for nothing. A second thing is, my room mate wanted to watch a game on tv, but the staff failed to find two TV channels: BBC or ESPN. I don't know whether it was really unavailable, or if they simply did not help. However, he was disappointed to miss the game. Other than these, we had absolutely no problems at all. Staff was very polite.
room was not the one I asked for, lounge so basic. no one ansewr at the reception, keep ringing.
Noise from the traffic Terrible breakfast poor service
Wi-fi coverage was poor in room.
The stuff was not hear to me when I told them about my problems as they don't know how to make room clean and when you ask about cleaing room no one respond to you
wi-fi, comfortable bed, good size room. easy to get cabs.
location in a side street, far away from any major retail or pub area
Breakfast buffet is aweful
