The staff are extremely nice. The response on requests is quick. Comfortable and clean rooms. Proximity to all areas.
Poor internet. I believe this is town problem Noise from generators
Location is not bad.
All the rooms are blocked by a huge ugly construction site. Even when the is construction is complete it will block the view of all rooms. They were hardly refilling the bathrooms showrgel, shampoo, etc. When you ask for some, they will send you and the guy who is cleaning the room will take them te following day claiming that the management is telling him to only leave one small bottle in the room.
Customer service was good
Hotel facilities, like towels and bed sheets were not changed daily.
1. Breakfast . not good. 2. they allow people to smoke in the restaurant on the 1st fl...This is not acceptable. There is no sense of awareness when they disturb other people while they enjoy smoking.
The staff of the hotel was so friendly, polite and great in quality of service. Not to mention the bar man was cool and knew what he was doing. They even have a business room where people can do abit of work. :p Actually it was such beautiful time spent in this hotel.
Hospitality of staff
View from balcony
Location, friendly staff, value for money during this period was excellent, friendly and peaceful atmosphere no disturbance.
Great location, good value for money, nice and friendly staff.
Few facilities, room service closes early ( not 24 hours)
Very good downtown location with great service and above average facilities, very good value
Room was good. Food was great! Sea view from my balcony was amazing. Overall very reasonable stay.
Half of the building was ruined by explosion. So there were workers in front of my window 24/7. Internet was very poor.
good location good wifi
dirty window old fashion
Getting annoyed from an early morning working building construction site
Location Staff friendly attitude
Very poor wifi service!
the Staff treatment
there was no any view ( sea or city )of the rooms.
i really enjoyed my stay there, everything was smooth , except this IT problem which is minor to me.
All was good
fron dest reception, he was very helpful and accommodating, I asked for a late check out and he did not hesitate to make me feel more than comfortable. All my transports in the city and from and to the Airport where arranged by this hotel and it was very convenient. The breakfast and was good, all in all I had a comfortable stay here thank you Ali and Ibrahim and Hussain I hope I got the names right kind regards
nothing to report accept the view is far from the sea but was ok you could see a portion of it I had a standard room maybe other rooms have a better view to be fair
The location is only 5 minutes walk to Beirut souks and downtown Beirut. Rooms are good. Staff are friendly and helpful. No one asks if you have a guest along, so it made it easy to being visitors.
The noise from the construction site just next to hotel and the views from the room are all to the same construction site. (A grand Hyatt is being built next to ramada).
I like the location it's in downtown near by Beirut souks which is perfect for me and I like the staff they were very kind and helpfull everything was great ...
Location was brilliant, less than 5min walk to the Beirut souqs. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was lovely.
conveniently located, good beds
staff at arrival not very helpful (our taxi driver couldn't give us change and the receptionist refused to help us out); parts of the hotel are under construction, thus there is a lot of noise
Card didn't work many times. I had to go to reception a few times a day to activate the card.
