Location, Wi-Fi, food
Construction nearby noise. No web for the balcony if you want to open the glass. Not a comfort sleep.
the location & the staff
the house keeping
Everything is good:)
Walking distance from center of down town , great value of money
Construction around it in the meantime
The Management and Staff of the Hotel are very attentive and helpful to satisfy all of your needs. They are both friendly and highly professional. They make your stay at the Hotel a very nice experience.
-Staff -Food -Location in the city apart from its location among high buildings -Service -Cleanliness -Quietness -WiFi in the public areas -Room supplies
-No interesting view from the balcony, just construction sites -Breakfast not included and is a bit pricy -WiFi in the room, poor
- Hotel Location - Price
- Noise of construction next to the hotel - Breakfast daily was same portions
Location,excellent! food was good too.
Terrible internet!! If you are planning to work during your stay, forget about it! they switched off and restart the modem 3 times, nothing changed. I got one line of wifi in the room during my staty,If you can work just behind the door, than its fine..or go to souk *bucks coffee they have faster internet.
Amazing location, amazing staff: very friendly and kind. I liked everything!
actually it was above my expectations, it was clean , quite and not expensive regarding the facilities and comfort that you will get
nothing at all
The staff is so friendly and courteous. They helped my sister with anything we required. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and room service was very quick with all our orders. We were so close to Beirut Souk, it was a 5 minute walk.
A five star Hotel for a good deal
- It is just a walking distance to the souk (luxurius shoping district) - Most Secure region of the city. - Walking distance to the Marina, which have nice restorants.
- The construction goes on around the hotel. - WiFi is free but keep loosing the connection. - In the middle of terrible city trafic.
Exceptionally friendly and efficient staff, airport taxi is at an affordable rate (25%USD currently) and efficiently organized, and breakfast is fine, labneh, great orange juice, foul, fruit, fresh croissants, etc.
The power cuts out (like everywhere in Lebanon) two or three times daily and when the generator cuts in, which it does inside 30 seconds, you can hear it rumbling and soon smell the diesel fumes faintly. Makes the balcony not pleasant.
- Location of the hotel compared to the location I am visiting. - Room quality
Breakfast could be better. Wifi connection could be better. Noise around needs insulation
We booked seven nights at Ramada Downtown, sat - sat. Unfortunately they're constructing a new building next to the hotel which means there was a lot oft noise also during nights. Open a window? Forget it. The only night in 7 we could sleep properly was in friday. I'd recomend the Ramada for business stay of one night. But not for holiday.
Location was excellent
1-Construction all around made it too noisy. 2-No AC working 3-No ventilation of bathroom 4-Towels were changed daily but only 2 per room, no hand towel nor floor mat 5-Miscalculating the minibar items, although not touched at all
Perfect location 5 min walk from down town. Free Wifi in the room Clean comfy room Friendly staff Nice breakfast
Central A/C so can't control room temperature, is either on or off, and if on its the temperature set by the hotel. During shower, the hot water suddenly turn cold for a few seconds then return hot, and so on for the whole shower. The view of the rooms is of a construction site, which is not very pleasant.
Very helpful and pleasant staff (Hussein ,Lara, Ibrahim)
Breakfast is good Good location
Small lobby , room service is fair ,
The door key system is weird. The card key gets disabled after every few hours.
Only the staff
This hotel been victim of ongoing constructions surrounding the hotel for now over 2 years.. constructions still going on and that's the only thing u see from the balcony of your room
