Reston Hotel    

The room was not well cleaned when we checked in with bad-smell and not well cleaned towels. A.C. has annoying noise and vibration. Water leak in bathroom. Breakfast was poor and the staff there asked me everyday my room no. They cleaned the rooms and kept dirty dishes and other stuff in corridors. Mosquitoes everywhere. Construction going around and that causes lots of dirt, dust and noise. Laundry cost was 100$ however I got my clothes back dirty. A lot of Room Facilities that are mentioned here in booking.com are actually not available. I used to update my room electronic key everyday at the reception desk!

We booked a Deluxe room and were upgraded for free to a Junior suite. Nice touch. The location is quiet, the rooms are clean.

The main complaint is the breakfast selection and quality. This need to be improved greatly. The noise in the corridors can be easily heard inside the rooms. The fresh water pressure need to be increased.

The hotel is amazing & the staff is really incredible; they're very warm & friendly - especially Jad. The rooms are spacious & spot-less clean :) We had a full length mirror which was a great plus. The bed itself was huge - a King size I guess, very very comfortable. Upon arrival, they greeted us with fresh baked cake, which was a sweet gesture. The wardrobe is a bit on the small side, but we had a desk, a table with 2 chairs & a special suitcase holder which more than made up for it. The location is really good - 3 min walking to great seaview restaurants & a large supermarket. Not to mention it's right beside the Telefrique & 10 min car ride from Jeita. Loved it & would definitely come back again.

We would've liked a small kettle in the room - however Room Service made up for it by bringing us hot water & tea amenities whenever we desired :)

No surprises except for the fact that I did not expect the room to be that spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything was great at the hotel!

The premises needs to be renewed. The outside of the hotel is obviously new, however, the inside needs to be renewed.

One of best hotels ever.. The workers are extremely professional , honest and they care about their clients more then anything else.. Good location and good restaurant.. Worth the trip and worth the money

the staff especially the beautiful ladys in front office , also the interior design was great and fabulous,

the smell of cigarettes in all room (305+302), the sanitary needed maintenance, and in the breakfast area u should keep eye more on the buffet ,what is needed what is missing etc...

Large room, clean and comfortable, with a balcony facing a nice sea view.

Working in progress for the construction of a new hotel caused some difficulties along the road and little noises, but with no impact on the comfort of the room.

Nice and clean but you need to put a sign to the other costumers to monitor their movement and sound during the night. and the doors need to be more quitter . not to be slammed at late night. other wise your hotel is an excellent hotel

Poor sound proofing, Music was clearly heard from pool area to our room in the 3rd floor all day long! Pool is small and near the entrance, we never used it as my wife didn't feel comfortable for the whole setup... and very few sun loungers, maybe 4!

Absolutně vynikající hotel. Velmi ochotný personal ,vynikající bufetová snídaně a naprostá čistota. Měli jsme rezervovaný standartní pokoj a dostali jsme apartmán s jacuzi. velmi tento hotel doporučuji
