Location is suitable but not best

Poor staff mostly because of unreasonable charge of mini bar, parking and telephone charges. To explain, a small bottle of water cost $ 50, unanswered 10 international calls cost $ 100, parking cost $ 16/day What upsets me is that the staff consider this as normal !!!!! I am totally upset with this hotel staff, management, will never book with them in future and do not advise others to do so

Cleniness was a major issue, I found an old beer bottle under my bed, there was pubic hair in my bath tub and the toilet seat looked like it was urinated on when I checked in.

the location was good near to down town and shopping malls.

the price of food and drinks including mineral water and other services like wifi internet were extremely expensive. The hotel car parking was too expensive, it coated me $17/day, $85/5 days Why such a hotel charge you that much to park your car!! Doesn't make any since to me!

Its writen that internet for free but they give access for one user , The valet parking is charged ......why ? Its 4 star hotel not 1 star !!!!!!

We stayed 5 nights, Everything was excelent, whole staff was v nice. They care for our comfort, and were v helpful, they upgrade me as they knew there was a missunderstanding in the reservation which I appreciated so much, my mother she like the stay also and like the sea view from the balcony. v nice location, 1 min walking to Al-Rousheh.

Only location for the prepose of my visit

The staff are very unprofitional, specially the front desk staff. Very week water pressure in bathroom Check in and out are very long process

you will not face any problem with this kind of great staff, I spent a very nice few days in this hotel and i'm sure that i'll come back again.

I have never seen a fridge so dirty as was the minibar. It made me feel sick. There was a bite gone out of a bar when I arrived, they tried to say I had taken it. Rubber sheets on the bed, why! Uncomfortable! Dirty room, carpet disgusting with stains. Furniture old, scratched. Masquerades as a five star. Hostel accommodation I've stayed in has been better. I feel robbed, 319 dollars for a double room for 2 nights during the week. Please remove this hotel from your website, I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the experience I had.

good localisation. staf were friendly but breakfast was not enough.

We are a family of 7 members and we got the suite with four rooms, one of the rooms has small living room connected to it with an amazing sea view. The staff was friendly and cooperative especially Mr. Gaiyth at the reception. I really enjoyed it there.

Swimming pool was closed. No club lounge as they promised on Booking.com. Rated 5 stars while it looks more like a 3 star. Over priced... Aging building...
