the location was good HI....The period to return the diposet is so long.......if its on credit card....for an example in dubaai it will take 2 days only....and for a 5 stars hotel shuld be a bath robe ...my stay was nice and comfort... |

The main lobby and entrance was very grand.The house keeping was excellent and the rooms were very clean. The glass on the windows does not seem to be Double Glazed and the noise from cars at night was annoying even though I was on the 8th floor |

its location no help from hotel staff, rooms are very small and equipped with very old furniture, did not allow you to stay in the room for one minute after checkout time 12:00 hrs, its not 5 star hotel standards and no good food in room dining. |

I liked the breakfast, taxi service and that's about it. Their service isn't up to the standard of a 5 stars hotel. After we checked it, we realised that a pillow was missing on the bed. We were given only one key to enter the room although it was noticable that there were two of us. |

Good in general . acceptable gym facilities , good location and nice staff. Despite their confirmation by a reply e mail for my no smoking requirement, this was not fulfilled. There was no real control over smoking in the no smoking areas anyway. |

Unfortunately our stay was the worst. We did not get the room we've requested (non-smoking) and had to wait for about 6 hours to get a room that was not clean; full of smoke, bedding was not change from last guest. When we talked to the staff they took the sheets away to change them and never came back for hours. When reported to management they thought accused me of exaggerating. I reported to Booking.com and whom contacted the hotel, straight away the manager him self came to visit and was shocked to see the room with no bedding etc. he was not happy that I talked to the Booking.com. But promised to change our room as he admitted that it was filthy, but then he ignored us until next day early morning. The story is longer..! |
