The employees at restaurant not that type of professional workers also the food not that good at breakfast
Excellent front desk staff, this is the real hospitality!
Nice hotel with perfect location near by everything in front of Rouchee rock, coffee shops and restaurants with clean nice rooms.
Hotel is not on GPS and parking is paid for hotel guests which is not usual thing
Location was excellent
This is a classic example when any disadvantages are fully compensated by the level of service. I can't really choose whom to thank, because each and every member of staff I contacted, was so professional, I really didn't expect. Frontdesk, of course, would be my favorite. The hotel looks clean, the rooms are fine - I had to change because of chatty (loud) women next door, and both rooms were equally good with minor defects caused by, well, guests within all these years. A bit frayed, I'd say, but I've seen worse 5* international chain hotels, for sure. However, it is a perfect combination of value & quality in Beirut.
The towels & robes are really old - too grey for a 5-star-hotel. And some linen need to be replaced as well. The walls are not thick enough in case of noisy neighbours, so are the doors. I wish I had a room with a double door. The housekeeping employees need to be reminded about checking DND signs and do not chat in front of a door with a sign on. And definitely do not come in. The water doesn't bother much, but still it is quite salty.
the reception staff was good. the location is good.
they switch my reservation from sea view to sea side view. the cleanliness of the floor was so bad. the cleanliness and condition of the towels was so bad. the breakfast was poor.
every thing was very good with Ramada Plaza Beirut Raouche I advise all to stay there
The staff was very nice, and I felt very safe . and I will stay there again…. Plus tell friends about this place…
Must do better for breakfast .
Wifi connectivity issue with MS Outlook mail.
This is a three stars hotel at most. The internet is not free inside the rooms. There is a high fee on every device that's connected to the internet which is a shame. The interior decoration is old.
