Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities. Very comfortable room/apartment.

Friendly staff, free upgrade, close to everything in this fascinating city

We felt safe and secure. It was nice to do as we pleased rather than being confined to meal times in a hotel. The bed was comfy and the apartment was clean. We had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and polite.

It was rather noisy at night but then I guess it is a city! I would ask to stay on a higher floor if I went again as it may be quieter!

Every room has a bathroom. The cleaning service is very good and the staff is very friendly.

The wireless connection can be better.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was great and I enjoyed a great sunny afternoon on the balcony. The parking space was available anytime.

There was maintenance work going on for more than 3 hours which didn't allow me to sleep or work. I contacted the front desk and complained and in 15 minutes the work stopped. Other than that the stay was great.

nothing really breakfast if to be served in future as a facility of this hotel i would say it will compete with a 5 star hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very stylish and clean. Well priced. Good location for a city trip. Fruit bowl and water provided was a nice touch. Really enjoyed our short stay and we would stay there again.

Breakfast snack would have been a 'nice to have' but not a deal breaker.

An awesome friendly staff that are ready to do whatever to make you feel satisfied and happy during your stay. The rooms and the hotel in general is very comfortable and clean. Definately I will come back again.

The only thing that I would like to have there is a restaurant that serves breakfast.

We liked everything: a real 4stars hotel. Very nice appartments, each room has its bathroom and kitchenette, very clean, professional staff, excellent manager. In the center of ashrafieh. I highly recommend it!

lovely staff - couldnt do enough to help you and good location. got upgraded as well which was a pleasant surprise!

The Living was a great place to base ourselves in as we travelled around Lebanon for day trips. It is very clean and spacious and the hotel staff were good. There is a small supermarket and good restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff will also buy supermarket items for you if you ask.

The nearby mosques are very loud and did wake us all up very early each morning! The view of the cemetery from the bedroom isn't the best but not much you can do about that! For an apartment, we expected a washing machine but were happy to hand wash instead.

Personnel à l'écoute, bonne situation géographique, appartement 1 chambre assez spacieux et épuré, service de chambre excellent

Prix de la connexion internet et du téléphone assez voire très élevé pour le dernier cité. Quelques nuisances sonores le matin mais c'est normal Beyrouth étant une ville en pleine reconstruction, le chantiers sont nombreux

Chambre très agréable, très confortable, très bon accueil.

Le personnel est accueillant. Nous avons été surclassés de studio en appartement : bien équipé, décoré, propre, confortable. Situation géographique intéressante : 6 minutes à pied du Musée national, 10 minutes du centre ville ou du quartier Achrafié.

Salle de bain un peu petite. Prix de l'internet trop élevé.

I can not praise both the staff and my accommodation at Beirut Living highly enough and due to this my vacation in Lebanon was excellent. I felt extremely safe and the location of the apartment was excellent, close to the city centre and easily found if you required a taxi. I think it is also important to say that even if I was a solo female traveller I would feel safe staying here and there are many countries I have travelled that I could not say the same about. This was not my first first to Lebanon and nor will it be my last but I know that I will not be staying anywhere else except at this location.

That my vacation was not longer and I couldn't stay longer :-).

The hotel is not near the city centre but is easy to find a taxi. All the staff in the hotel is really kind and try to do all effort to make your jounery perfect, as was mine. Special thanks to Nicolas, his professionalism and smile were of real help
