Staff are very friendly. They simply made me feel home away from home. View of the mountain is excellent. Rooms are very clean and spacious. This is my third stay in the hotel and would love to stay there again.

Noise in the street during.

The view in Hotel Wakim is quite unique, and the staff is friendly. The area has many services close to it , restaurants , supermarkets and mini markets as well as gas station , bakery and some others... And still you dont feel you're in the city and away from the noise and traffic

We like The view, the hotel suitable for family,near to lots of services, like restaurants and supermarkets.. we like the good help we had from Ashraf,Ricky Wakim, and Loma,actually all other staff are excellent...the problem only in street noise at the morning ,in spite we are in the 5th floor, its still cause problems,also the Toilet small size.. I liked the friendly staff and service. The room were functional but not fancy. The views from the balcony were lovely.

Hot water was so hot. The sheets and towels were on the cheep side.

Rooms very good equipped and clean- very helpful/facilitating staff and hotel management. A good place to discover the country for a reasonable price in a typical environment. Rather quiet rooms, certainly given the traffic density to and from Broumana. Lots of shops and good restaurants close by, but car/taxi is needed, even to travel 500 m down the road - no walkways are available at all on the public road.

Only minus point was the balcony, which is very small.

The cleanliness of the hotel was noticeable and the helpful staff made our stay very welcooming.

Liked the overall at home feel of the hotel's apartment design. The staff was friendly especially Sherif who offered a more proactive service than others.

At arrival reception staff was slow to help with luggage. There was sometimes long delay in responding to room service requests.

Very nice place loooooooooooove being thier very niiiiiiiice stuff be home far from home . stuff is excellent I would go thier again and again felt soo good after my sergery stuff cares sooo much not cheap very presudeous love it go thier and exsperience what I did sawsan from canada
