Modern style, very new and clean
The balcony wasn't a balcony
This is a very good hotel located approx. 6 mins walk from Hamra Street. I was fortunate enough to get upgraded to the Executive Suite so I can only comment on my stay from that point of view. The hotel is very welcoming and the staff are helpful. The location couldn't be better and it is certainly value for money.
It may be difficult for a taxi driver from outside Beirut to actually find the hotel with the one way system of streets, or maybe it was just the taxi driver I used. But that is only a very minor point in what was an excellent stay
The room was well decorated and comfortable. Great bonus - free wifi
Bathroom flooded every time we used the shower
Located in shopping area. Stuff are nice and good value of money and we liked the breakfast
I requested a king bed but it was 2 single beds added together. It's crowded when you try to access to and from the hotel by car. No body from the stuff took the initiative to explain the taxi system in Beirut until I asked otherwise everything was good and acceptable
We stayed only two nights, but the staff was very kind and the room was very good. We booked at W H after having a bad experience with another hotel in Beirut that cost us great deal of money and effort, so we were so satisfied with the room and the service. The bed is so good, the room was clean and have very good amenities. They upgraded us to a junior suite.
Breakfast could be better, and housekeepers wanted to clean the room very late, but that was minor ..
I used to stay at the Wiener House many years ago, I was glad that it's been renovated, and nicely done for that matter. The atmosphere is very nice and the room was spacious and had all the facilities I needed. I asked for a quiet room and it was very quiet. The reception staff, housekeeping, and concierge were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, I didn't check if they served turkish coffee but this would be a good addition.
This is not what I didn't like, but some feedback I would like to give to management to improve the service since I would really like to come back to this hotel. There is some wasted space in the bathroom (the shower is not wide and a few alterations can provide bigger space. The bathroom itself wasn't thoroughly clean when I arrived but as soon as I informed housekeeping this issue was resolved. I would advise the restaurant staff to be a bit more friendly and hands on. It's also not enough for the hotel to have one taxi and one driver, he was obviously very tired when he took me to the airport.
I like the rooms and the possible upgrading for habitual guests, the front office people are so helpful, very good breakfast and excellent location close to everything, the closure of the Disco down is a very wise decision for the sake of the hotel guests, as it was so much annoying specialy during the weekends.
Bathrooms should have renovation specially the showers. Wifi is not so good in the roos. The only both points which they should work on it seriously and as soon as possible. one small points is the tea & coffee in the rooms should be refilled everyday, not only upon arrival....
Location is good
Bad Managemant and reception
Location .. Quite .. Comfortable.. Modern furniture .. Specious..
Drain was not good in the bathroom.. That water still on the floor ..
The staff are very welcoming and helpful.
There was no health club , but maybe because it a business hotel
front desk employee are great
place of the hotel is not well known specially to taxi drivers
The staff are super nice they upgraded my room to suite because they kept me waiting half an hour to do the check in. The location is perfect. The valet parking is not expensive at all. The breakfast is delicious. Free fast internet. The cleanliness is very good. And the price is so resonable.
They have the same dishes type for breakfast every day.
