It offers rooms with balconies overlooking the landscaped pool garden. Bay Gardens Beach Resort has a petal-shaped, lagoon-style pool featuring a whirlpool island. Great logistics to shopping area. Convenient for price, great view, very quite, very helpful staff.

The staff was absolutely AMAZING with our baby. They were kind and patient and incredible helpful - helping us with him during meals etc. awesome time in St Lucia Could have gotten a bit more cleanliness from the room staff. There was often sand still on sheets after cleaning.

La localisation en bord de plage et à quelques minutes à pied d'un "mall" fort diversifié. Le restaurant "le trios" d'un bon rapport qualité-prix. Toutes les prestations de plage sont payantes et chères. Il est quasi impossible d'avoir un café "expresso". Surtout, bloqués sur l'ile à cause d'une alerte cyclonique et donc contraints d'allonger notre séjour, le tarif n'a pas été celui de notre réservation par booking.com mais le plerin tarif: aucun geste commercial! Nous en avons été quelque peu choqués.

L'accueil de la clientèle, la gentillesse du personnel. La beauté du site, par contre il n'y a pas assez de plats culinaires locaux. Dommage! Le prix du petit déjeuner trop cher

Bay Gardens is in a great spot, close enough to all the bars, restaurants and shops of Rodney Bay, but quiet enough to completely relax. The beach, pool and gardens are beautiful. We were welcomed on our honeymoon with a room upgrade, rum cocktails, a bottle of champagne, flower petals in the room and a kind note from the management. This place is fantastic value for money, and I would highly recommend it. The bar staff aren't very friendly.

The living area is perfect for a family, very well equiped ( living room, kitchen, bed room, one and a half bath rooms). The staff were friendly and professional. Cleanliness and around the clock tranquility. Great rate. My son and nephew experienced a million+ dollar view of the ocean and pigeon island from their room on the third floor. My mother is in a wheelchair (cannot walk).. Easy access to our suit from the ground floor. Access to transportation was easy and convenient. The fact that I booked my reservation for only six nights. Should have stayed longer.

We got upgraded to a beautiful Beach Front Suite. It has a very well equipped kitchen, lovely sitting room and wc. The bedroom was lovely and the bed was huge. The location is perfect. It's on the nicest part of the beach and the sun-loungers are free when you're staying in the hotel. Really recommend it!
