Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Hotel in the town but it is very quit place. Near is located supermarket and many local restaraunts.

The Staff is, I would say, the biggest asset of the Hotel. Excellent, kind and always willing to get things done. The hotel facilities are great too as well as the value of the room.

I have nothing negative to say of this very nice hotel.

i enjoyed my stay at bay gardens,its a very friendly hotel and the staff were so helpful and easy to talk to. i will most certainly return in the future and can reccomend your hotel for all travellers.

there is nothing to dislike about bay gardens, but maybe a bit more evening entertainment would be beneficial to solo travellers.

It was convenient for location and the staff was excellent.

The tv, draperies etc. needed upgrading. room right by restaurant and was very noisy. Room was painted in a dark color which was not conducive to light and airy. Balcony was right by the restaurant bar so you really had no privacy.

We had a wonderful stay at Bay Gardens Hotel. It was near to the mall, we could walk to the restaurants, shopping and night life which was great. The staff were very helpful, anything we asked for we received immediately. Our room attendant Deborah was also very helpful. We will definitely be back. Thanks for taking care of us.

Pas grand chose - piscine très petite, mer à 800 mètres- si ce n'est l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel.

Chambres très mal insonorisées, ainsi le client est obligé de supporter les soirées musicales et surtout le bruit incessant des noctambules qui rentrent de boîte crient, parlent, s'apostrophent pendant une bonne partie de la nuit sans la moindre gêne.

La posizione estremamente comoda per tutto: spiaggia, shopping, Rodney Bay.

Le petit-déjeuner et l'accueil de la restauration sinon le séjour étant très court, nous n'avons pas pu découvrir cet hôtel

was disappointed with the bathroom facilities - i did not have hot water on the day of arrival and the morning after.

la taille de l'appartement pour une famille avec des enfants.Propreté des lieux .Piscine un peu petite mais il y en a deux donc pas trop de gens et c'est parfait pour les enfants.Proximité du supermarché et équipement de la cuisine. Pas de bruit malgré la route qui passe pas loin.

One thing I did not like and I dont think it is solely at Bay Gardens,it's the price of the buffet breakfast.It works out to be about £20 each morning and the food does run out and you end up paying this money and not getting the full menue for that morning...

Le personnel très accueillant, disponible, très à l'écoute de la clientèle. Hôtel très bien situé, pas de problème pour se rendre dans les différents coins de l'île car on peu choisir parmis les moyens de transports proposés. Les chambres spacieuses.

Les piscines de l'hôtel un peu petites. Heureusement que l'on pouvait grâce aux navettes reliant gratuitement les trois bay gardens ont pouvant profiter des piscines de inn gardens et ressorts garden. La vue des suites garchée par un immeuble en construction visiblement abandonné.

Lokalt drevet hotell. Ledelsen inviterer alle gjester til coctailparty ved bassenget en kveld hver uke. Mange restauranter og butikker I nærheten.

Vi fikk rom 228. Førsteintrykket var bra. Men kjøleskapet virker ikke, to av tre lamper virket heller ikke og toalettet var I ustand (kjøleskap og toalett ble reparert etter hvert). Verst var det da vi trakk fra gardinene! Vi valgte dette hotellet fordi alle rom skulle ha balkong. Vår balkong lå inneklemt mellom rommet og en kjempesvær, overbygd, mørk patio med hyppig trafikk av ansatte og andre gjester. Verken sol eller dagslys nådde inn. Selv om vi låste balkongdøra innenfra, kunne den åpnes utenfra. Hvem som helst kunne gå inn når som helst. Det verste var at rommet alltid var klamt og fuktig. Vår nye Nokia smarttelefon tålte ikke denne fuktigheten og ble ødelagt. Dag 2 ba vi om å få bytte til et rom med balkong I friluft. Etter å ha forklart våre problemer tre ganger I resepsjonen, fikk vi endelig bytte dag 3. på grunn av revmatisme, ble jeg glad for å se at hotellet hadde shuttlebuss til stranda. Men den gikk bare 1 av de 5 gangene vi ventet på den. Første kvelden ville vi prøve hotellets restaurant. Vi ba om et bord for to, servitøren glefset til oss at vi ikke måtte finne et bord. Etter 10 min. Fikk vi 1/2 l vann hver. Servitøren hostet og forsvant. Etter 1t og 50 min fikk vi endelig maten (fisk overdynget med urter), men ikke drikken vi hadde bestilt. Vi prøvde aldri å spise der igjen. Hotelleiernes uttalte mål er å behandle alle gjester som familiemedlemmer. Jeg ville aldri gitt mine gjester et mørkt, fuktig rom som egner seg best som lagerrom.

Possibilite de faire beaucoup de choses a pied. Petit dejeuner royal Proprete (meme si use, propre dans l'ensemble).

Piscine minuscule et trop exposee au milieu du passage. Les chambres ont besoin d'etre rafraichies : peintures, literie, reception de la television, rouille sur baignoire...
