We had a wonderful stay at Bay Gardens Hotel. It was near to the mall, we could walk to the restaurants, shopping and night life which was great. The staff were very helpful, anything we asked for we received immediately. Our room attendant Deborah was also very helpful. We will definitely be back. Thanks for taking care of us.

The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. The hotel was very clean. The service in the hotel restaurant was very slow but was also that way all over the island. No sense of urgency to get your food/drink to you quickly.

A booking.com -on keresztül történő szálláshely foglalásunkról szóló visszaigazolást megérkezésünkkor felmutatva a recepción nem tudtak az ég világon semmit! Kb. 1 óra várakozás után tudtunk az "előre" lefoglalt szobánkba bejutni.

Shuttle vers la plage verre d'accueil Beaucoup de bruit des 6h du matin l'hotel n'est pas du tout situé la ou la carte de booking.com l'indique!!! Il n'ets pas a castries mais a gros islet...

As a business traveller this is probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The location is not that great - next to a main road, the rooms were fairly basic and full of mosquitoes, the restaurant was ok but nothing special and the staff were not that friendly.

Hotel did fulfill our requirements well. We needed accomodation only for one night when arriving to St.Lucia before we continued to sail boat next day. We selected the hotel based on location and price level. It was exactly what we expected to get.

Location was good for beach and food shopping. Comfortable with friendly staff. One thing I did not like and I dont think it is solely at Bay Gardens,it's the price of the buffet breakfast.It works out to be about £20 each morning and the food does run out and you end up paying this money and not getting the full menue for that morning...
