Big hotel room, big Pool, friendly staff, delicious drinks at the hotel bar, very good breakfast. Location outside of the hotel is not very interesting.

Coco palm was a little but of Caribbean in Rodney Bay which is a bit lacking local influence. The staff are extremely laid back and friendly, the pool is lovely, there's no crowds and an eclectic mix of ages and nationalities. The menu if you choose to eat here is also very Caribbean. Our room was extremely spacious and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Coco palm is excellent value for money. We had a Kreole room which was nice & very confortable but the bathroom needed a bit of attention. These rooms are not as luxurious as the main building but this didn't bother us, it really depends on how much time you want to spend in your room, which isn't much given how lovely st Lucia is.

I loved the location, the convenience for shopping, friendliness of staff and the overall surroundings. The long delay early guests have to wait for checking into the hotel. This may be the only deterrent for early guests like myself, but I hope an area which can be addressed as soon as possible.

Good location and close to beach, restaurants and shopping Very Poor front desk service, I arrived at night, they did not have my booking I had to give them my booking reference via booking.com Took 15- 20 minutes to check in an age considering I was very tired. I had breakfast and could not put it on my room bill because front desk had not taken my card details when I checked in. I have stayed here 5 times prior and service and quality has deteriorated over the past 2 years. Not good for business travel maybe OK for casual holiday

Chambre spacieuse avec un très grand lit. La gentillese du personnel malgré le fait qu'il ne parlait pas français La présence de moustiques dans la chambre. L'utilisation du nettoyeur haute pression à une heure relativement matinale

Location is good, close to the safe and not crowded beach and close to shops and restaurants. WiFi worked OK, friendly staff. We did not quite like the grey/green colour of water in the swimming pool and so we did not use it. Our room had no balcony where we could dry our swimsuits.

La situation de l'hôtel est excellente car il est tout proche de toute commodité et d'une banque ( pour le change) sa c'est cool ! Le restaurant de l'hôtel est de superbe qualité est pas excessif, taxi de l'hôtel a l’aéroport sur demande !
