Italian Guesthouse  

The scenary, the nature around and that it was so clean. Very basic but all you needed was there. Felt secure and it was so peaceful. Hard to get up there if you don't have a car but if you know that and you get a car then i can highly recomend it!!!

Very nice hosts who became friends! Had an amazing boat trip from Gros islet to Soufrière with our hosts! The see view from the hill is great!! Just go for it!!

Location is not very convenient but our hosts dropped us and picked up us some times! You can also ask the minibus to drop you at the guest house.

I paid you for the 4 nights only to be told that the payment had not been taken I then paid cash cd 750 as per instruction and now I have been asked for a further cd 200 as I "only paid cd550". Not so! I am going to warn Barclaycard in case there is an attempt to take payment.

Très bon l’ accueil et l’ ambiance sourtout la calme qui règne dans la guesthouse. Endroit parfait pour se détendre mais aussi pour s’amuser.. Elle est bien située, au milieu de la nature. J'ai vu des couchers de soleil inoubliables sur la mer. Les chambres sont belles, spacieuses, propres, et sourtout confortables. Intimitè et independence.De grandes belles verandes entourent tous les chambres. Aussi la cuisine est tres bien organisè…très utile le barbeque dans le “jardin tropical”. Gentilesse et efficacité de personnel pendant tout le séjour - du chauffeur de taxi qui est venu a l'aéroport à la femme de ménage!!! Et ca va sans dire…l’ile de Saint Lucie est magnifique!!!!

Trop peu de temps dans lequel nous étions sur place.... Mais j'ai promis que nous reviendrons!!! Ciao ciao Saint Lucia!!!

La vue panoramique sur la Rodney Bay

La description mensongère : appartement de 45m2 et non 64, accessible plutôt en 4*4, avec un lit standard avec une planche en guise de sommier alors qu'un lit queen size est stipule dans l'annonce et vieux matelas de 10cm, un ventilateur casse pour 3 pièces ( pas de clim), pas de douche, le coin salon est celui de la maison principale, l'appart est situé en haut de la colline au bout d'un chemin de 2-3km non goudronné et très pentu, le ménage a été fait 1 fois en une semaine et aucun balai a dispo donc avec la plage, l'appartement etait tres vite sale, le jaccuzzy mentionne est en fait la salle de bain d'une autre chambre donc non accessible a tous, pas d'accueil sur place, beaucoup de mensonges bien regrettables malgré ce que peuvent dire les propriétaires qui ne remboursent pas ceux qui partent faute de fausse description

Lontano dal paese raggiungibile attraverso strada sterrata molto ripida, strada sconosciuta in paese e senza numero civico; non segnalata con insegne o cartelli nemmeno all'ingresso. Pagamento anticipato poco trasparente richiesto attraverso una mail da un soggetto fisico e non da società nessun personale presso il bungalow/ casa stanza piccola e soffocante- caldissima anche di notte materasso e lenzuola odoravano di polvere zanzare numerosissime all'arrivo di un uragano nessuno ha avvertito gli ospiti- nessuna indicazione su come comportarsi - non era presente nessuno presso la struttura. Non emettono ricevuta di pagamento neanche su richiesta.

- afstand tot het dorp, de jachthaven en het strand - de slechte en steile toegangsweg - het is een erg klein guesthouse, iets meer kamers en wat meer land zou prettiger zijn

the staff was good

1. The roads going to it were horrible, had terribly big slopes and were completely broken. Even the cab drivers were having awful time driving up the hill as the cars were slipping backwards. 2. When i booked at the booking.com it was written to have AC, but there wasnt any AC. Infact i was provided with a very very smaill fan the size of your hand 3. there were thousands of mosquitoes. Since no AC or decent fan, so coz of heat have to keep the windows open. 4. SUPER NOISY from crickets and other insects!!! 5. It doesnt have spacious rooms as mentioned, is basically a rat hole. 6. The bathroom was very very small and weird. 7. Internet signal doesnt come in the rooms, so if u sit outside in common room, again a lot of mosquitoes 8. No wires for internet as mentioned in booking.com 9. Booking.com has lied horribly about the facilities mentioned in the guesthouse as i described. 10. No local transport service nearby. 11. The haxted road mentioned in adress - noone knows it!! All locals told me that they dont know it. Even google map has wrong road (axted) mentioned as address, dont rely on it. 12. Even though staff is realy good, but they cant help u much with the type of facilties they have in guesthouse for u

Aussicht, ruhige Lage, bei geringen Ansprüchen an Komfort o.k.; Housekeeper Delia kümmert sich gut um die Gäste - wenn Sie denn vor Ort sein darf (das entscheidet die Geschäftsleitung von Tag zu Tag); Küche zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung auf St. Lucia sehr vorteilhaft, da Inselleben sehr teuer!

Transparenz der Preise nicht nachvollziehbar, da vor Ort andere Preisliste. Raum No5 sehr klein und unmittelbar an Küche gelegen, Raum No3 größer - laut Preisliste vor Ort günstiger, bei Buchung aber teurer?! Wenn man bucht weiß man nicht, welches Zimmer man bekommt. Die Bilder im Internet sind nicht aussagekräftig (das wunderbare Bad ist für No4 (nur für Geschäftsleitung) und No2 (Einzelzimmer) vorbehalten. Küche wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt - Gerätschaften könnten Neuerung vertragen. Ohne Auto Einkaufen und Strand sehr beschwerlich!
