Situation and views. Lovely beach with palm trees Well appointed room, shower room , balcony etc

Room phone out of order for majority of stay which made contact with hotel services and reception difficult, and contact with friends in St. Lucia. National Holidays prevented repair. Many guests reserved beach spaces in early morning with towels, and then failed to utilise them!

Wow, the scenery, staff, food, and just the peaceful atmosphere was EXCELLENT!!!!!

Even though the room faces the ocean, there was a tree that blocked my views from the room.

- Hotel nicely located (on hills surrounding a bay) - beatiful sunsets - not motorised sports (kayak, catamaran) included in price - good service

- Sea water was not clear and transparent as you would expect it on Caribbean Islands - only a small area designated for swimming, outside of which danger of sea urchins - room was not specious

The staff were great - friendly, helpful and competent.

The view. The way the place is setting. The staff was friendly. And helpful. The water sport activities were complimentary. That was exilent !! Thank you. We trully enjoy our time there! Defenatly will come back again

We thought the staff and buildings were great. The restaurants and beach facilites were great. The beach is protected by a sea wall enough that it was much cleaner (from ocean waves) than another beach we stayed on just a couple of miles away. The buildings and grounds are much better than what the web pictures indicate even though they may be a little older looking than the pictures show.

It is built on such a steep mountain that you need to rely on their shuttle to get back and forth to the main beach, lobby and restaurants. You CAN walk it but you wouldn't want to do it many times a day. Their shuttle system works fine but you just loose a little time with it. We didn't arrive until about 10 pm so the fact that the a/c wasn't on in our room was a bother as it took a couple of hours to get it even comfortable. Tried sleeping with the windows open which helped until the mosquitoes (or whatever they were) came to visit. The street that leads from the main highway up to the property is a bit concerning given the neighborhood but the complex itself was wonderful. This isn't really unusual for places in that part of the world.

the food at one of the restaurants at the resort was not good in my opinion - i ended up sourcing food outside of the hotel after that one experience

I had a very short stay and was travelling on business but was struck by the resort as a possible future holiday destination

I was not there long but everything about it was excellent while I was there

The staff were hit and miss. Some miserable and rude especially in the restaurant at breakfast. Others at kids club and the guys driving the shuttle were very nice

The view from our apartment was breathtaking and had the added bonus of a plinge pool which I did not expect. Lots to do for the kids and a good beach and shallow waters for the kids to swim safely in.

Not enough caribbean food on the menu, too westernised.

J'ai apprécié l'endroit, l'organisation la gentillesse l'entretien et la cuisine fine.

Rien en particulier, mais l'information doit être précise c'est un lieu special, l'on dépend de navettes si on a pas la suite 331 ou chambres proches, ce que je prendrai la prochaine fois.

Le site, la plage, le petit dej, le diner au restaurant du haut.

le fait que l'on ne l'ai pas rendu ma caution avant mon départ puisque j'avais payé la veille, au motif le matin tot comme lme soir, c'est dans un coffre et pas de Manager....tres léger. les villas sont un peu vieilles, les clim a changer etc.....

Le complexe est magnifique tout en style mediterranéen. Il y a tout sur place: une belle plage, 4 piscines, 1 jacuzzi et 5 restaurants différents pour un séjour reposant et romantique. Le service est vraiment de très bonne qualité comme ce qu'on peut trouver aux US.

La douche était difficile à régler. Le complexe est tellement grand qu'il faut prendre une navette pour aller manger, aller à la plage... d'habitude je préfère marcher mais il y avait beaucoup de côtes. Mais je dois dire qu'ils sont très bien organisés pour les navettes.

L'accueil, le sourire du personnel, les activités, le site, ...

Rien de particulier.

La nourriture le restaurant sert un met de qualité très convenable. de très belle vue à partir des chambres. Un personnel à l’écoute et réactif a nos demandes.

le tarif est un peut élever et pas assez d investissement en rénovation.

Chambre confortable

Cet établissement n'est certainement pas destiné à accueillir des passagers en transit comme cela était mon cas. Le niveau de luxe affiché aurait pu laisser croire que le personnel ferait un effort notamment de langage pour être compris et expliquer le fonctionnement de l'hôtel. Il s'agit d'un ensemble de chambres réparties sur une grande superficie et un dénivelé important mais comme vous n'êtes pas au staff d'arrivée des vacanciers pas d'info" just call zero" et quand vous le faites on vous répond qu'on ne comprends pas . Donc vous vous débrouillez car vous avez raté la navette pour déplacer vos bagages quand aux info sur les restaurants du grand n'importe quoi. En clair à réserver à un séjour style club.

Really unpolite service. With the exception of the manager in duty who handled my check out, who did a splendid job.

Das personal war teilweise unfreundlich. Meine schlüsselkarte funktionierte nicht, darum viele umstände ( zimmer war nicht gemacht, 1 std warten bis jemand tür öffnet etc) Zimmer war klein.

I liked my room- it was very spacious and had lovely views. The lunch I had was very good as well.

The hike to the rooms is a bit much but there was a shuttle. I thought it was crazy that there was no cash machine on the premises. The resort is a bit out of the way requiring taxis to do anything.

What I most liked about the resort is the beach and the variety of restaurants available. Depending on where your room is, it seems that the beach can be quite a hike away but the distance is deceiving, it is easy to walk to the beach. In regards to the restaurants, I was pleased with the different types of food available.

I don't believe the resort is worth the price, the meals are expensive and the service is ok. You will get bothered on the beach by people trying to sell you stuff. Also, I didn't mind the open air villa, but beware if you are a light sleeper, you will not be able to sleep well with the orchestra of crickets outside...

Kleiner Strand

This was a very well-maintained resort in St Lucia. I wish it was closer to other towns or the Pitons, but the resort was excellent. We had our own villa with a full kitchen and balcony with amazing views! The staff was always very helpful and friendly. We were impressed!

It was a mile from the main road and not really near any town (not walking distance). For us, this made leaving the resort difficult because taxis are very expensive! But there is enough to do on the resort if you don't want to leave.
