The staff were hit and miss. Some miserable and rude especially in the restaurant at breakfast. Others at kids club and the guys driving the shuttle were very nice

Staff was very nice and helpful. View was beautiful and room was very nice and comfortable.

The buffet dinner was nice, but average. I expected to be amazed by the food and just wasn't. It was good but average.

Service was excellent and friendly, love the facility, and the weather was great, my wife and I are planning to come back again we had a blast, lots of activities and delicious food...is a great spot to have a vacationing time.

Le personnel disponible à l'écoute et aimable (sauf anecdote du départ) / les surfaces de la chambre du logement du site / les jardins / la plage petite mais agréable / les choix des excursions / le calme la nuit / la literie / les espaces extérieurs : piscines mini jacuzzi transats / la vue sur la mer / la sécurité anecdote j'avais laissé ma porte ouverte sans le voir un agent est venu vérifié quasi immédiatement

La moustiquaire qui n'est pas une moustiquaire j'ai écrasé deux moustiques (attention aux Antilles il existe la dengue) / quelques détails sur la propreté : en arrivant un cendrier non vidé et deux petites tâches visibles sur le drap / les restaurants sont corrects mais chers / le mini bar avait une bouteille d'eau / les langues parlées sont l'américain et le créole un peu juste au regard du standing de l'établissement / le prix des taxis à la tête du client / enfin pour terminer mauvaise note hélas je n'ai pas apprécié qu'un agent vienne me voir un peu affolé croyant que j'allais partir sans payer le dernier repas = très mauvaise appréciation moi qui dans tous mes déplacements spécifie les oublis des établissements et laissent des pourboires sur le moment j'étais bien agacé j'espère que ce n'est qu'une erreur d'un agent ... sinon j'aurai d'autres pensées qui me laisseraient supposer que les sourires ne sont que de façades !!!

Really unpolite service. With the exception of the manager in duty who handled my check out, who did a splendid job.

What I most liked about the resort is the beach and the variety of restaurants available. Depending on where your room is, it seems that the beach can be quite a hike away but the distance is deceiving, it is easy to walk to the beach. In regards to the restaurants, I was pleased with the different types of food available.

I don't believe the resort is worth the price, the meals are expensive and the service is ok. You will get bothered on the beach by people trying to sell you stuff. Also, I didn't mind the open air villa, but beware if you are a light sleeper, you will not be able to sleep well with the orchestra of crickets outside...

This was a very well-maintained resort in St Lucia. I wish it was closer to other towns or the Pitons, but the resort was excellent. We had our own villa with a full kitchen and balcony with amazing views! The staff was always very helpful and friendly. We were impressed!

It was a mile from the main road and not really near any town (not walking distance). For us, this made leaving the resort difficult because taxis are very expensive! But there is enough to do on the resort if you don't want to leave.

Non-Existant service, staff is courteous and apologetic, but do not take action and lie just to get you off their back.
