Facilites, service and staff are excellent.
Rooms are not sound insulated enough. Can hear other guests easily.
We stayed in appartment, it was comfortable, clean, with a great view. Enjoyed small swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath. Helpful staff. Free and stable Wi-Fi. If we went for skiing, it would have been a perfect location.
Remote from Vaduz (looks close on Google maps, but then there's 1000m altitude difference we overlooked). Expensive, compared with Austria (probably OK for Switzerland/Liechtenstein). Gym and more non-German TV channels would be good addition to services offered currently.
The staff were wonderful..
I'll 2nd another comment, don't follow your GPS, backing down a single lane mountain road in the dark is not amusing. As for the hotel, can't complain about anything..
- Clean + nice rooms - Welness facilities - Next to kabel lift - Parking facilities - Extra services on demand - Pizzeria across
Road signs to TURNA need to be more explicite.
The views on the drive up to the hotel The pool, sauna and the outdoor hot tub A great traditional dinner in the hotel (though expensive)
The long drive up from Vaduz The breakfast wasn't the best we had on our trip
Cosy atmosphere, games room for kids, swimming pool and outdoor whirlpool. It is right next to the chair lift, where you can hike down in the summer.
Huge room Lovely balcony Great views Double shower Fantastic hotel facilities and restaurant
The family-sized room/suite was very spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. The windows opened all the way, so we had them wide open to let in the cold, fresh, mountain air while we slept. The kids (8 and 6) loved the playground, and the four of us fit comfortably in the outdoor hot tub later in the early evening. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the menu offered many local selections, including wild game caught in the mountains and woods behind the hotel! There is a ski lift right next to the hotel, and we rode to the top of the mountain the morning that we left for a quick look around. If we had more time, we could have easily walked up, as there is a road that goes to the top from the front door of the hotel. We had a wonderful time here in September and would love to come back in the winter to experience the region covered in snow.
I visited in summer and got a great deal. Staff was wonderfully helpful for tips on hiking. A beautiful hiking trail is steps away, as is a ski lift that will take you halfway up the trail. Dinner was sinfully good. Pool and sauna were lovely. Location is pretty perfect for Liechtenstein. It's in the middle of the most beautiful scenery in the country and a mere 30 minutes by bus from the capital (with wineries and museums). Wi-fi worked well.
There was nothing I disliked. Food was expensive, but that's par for the course in Liechtenstein. I experienced no problems at the hotel. Everything was lovely.
very good food in the restaurant nice staff great location
rooms full of spider webs mattress in bed was too soft rooms very simple in general
Breakfast,indoor pool,sauna,activities around hotel
Very friendly, personal atmosphere. Delicious food. The room (number 10) was very spacious, with a simple but modern and practical style. Big balcony with a nice view. The ski lift is right outside and runs both summer and winter.
Position is beautiful, right next to a mountain and the skilift starts just outside the hotel, could literally jump from the balcony to it. The appartment (in fact two double rooms joined with a common bathroom) were good, breakfast rather modest.
Staff was really helpful and nice but slow. The bathroom, although clean and functional, seemed a little dated. Limited parking in front of the hotel and during high season this may be an issue. However, these are no show-stoppers.
Location, Service, Access to public transportation, ski lift!
Parking can be a challenge, need better mattress for a better quality sleep.
Excellent customer service Delicious breakfast Comfortable rooms and beds Located right next to chair lift
The location was perfect! It was 10 meters away from the lift to the top of the mountains! The breakfast was really good and the kids could stay in room of their own.
Dinner and lunch meals were extremely expansive, in all hotels in that city.
View was excellent from our room. Next to the lift. Play area for the kids. Outdoor dining and patio. Awesome family room with a balcony. Comfortable bed and largest shower I've found in Europe.
A little off the main route, but a beautiful drive up into the mountainside.
Great nature and scenary around the hotel. Friendly and nice staff, and good food in the hotel restaurant.
Room was very simple, and bed not amazing. Quite expensive.
The staff of this hotel was by far the best in a five country tour. Even though we were there in summer (their slow season, it's right next to the ski lift) the staff treated us like kings and family. The rooms were spacious and the cleanest we found in Europe. The food in their restaurant matches or exceeds the finest we found, and the breakfast buffet was superb for freshness and variety.
very nice staff; lovely swimming pool and children's area
very good location - even in summer . very comfortable and clean room. excellent for kids - bunk beds.
Great Staff, very friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent-- pool, kids room, and sauna. The restaurant was fairly busy- limited staff, however, she did well and we were not in a hurry. Location is great for hiking in summer/spring. Very close to the ski lift for a quick lift up the mountain.
Location next to the lift at the village center.
Annoying breakfast - too long time waiting for filling empty serving plates by staff.
