the matrress and breakfast good
check in too late 17:00 check in too late 17:00 and check out 10 too early,it means you just can stay 17hours
Everything especially the receptionist
Location, excellent farm country setting, extremely clean and well presented. Courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent amenities.
# Could be a little better sign postered on streets leading to it....bigger signs.
Big showers and common lounge, location is good for a walk outside
Breakfast time it's just one hour between 7:30/8:30
cleanliness delicious breakfast free wifi hot shower
a little bit too small double room
This hostel is fantastic for a day or two in relaxing Liechtenstein. The breakfast is of high quality, as is the dinner when it's on. I had an absolutely relaxing time in one of Europe's smallest countries. Go - it's worth it! The hostel is a bit if a walk between Schaan and Vaduz, but it doesn't matter, there are buses down the main road if you have a lot of luggage, but it's much nicer seeing the Alps and the small farms on the way!
It was a cheap and easy option for backpacking in liechinstein.
Reception shut at 9pm, so not late check ins. Thankfully they arranged for everything to be left at reception for me.
Friendly Staff. Good location Great facilities - TV with BBC! Pool, table football, sell bottled local beer.
Breakfast. 7.30-8.30 Too early, but I had too much of the local beer, (check out The Damage bar nearby, great people), so I guess it is my fault I missed it!
It was clean and everything was as advertised. It had all necessary amenities and wasn't too expensive.
It was a little far away from the center of town, and definitely not the most comfortable hostel I've stayed in. Half of the bathrooms were closed on my floor, so men and women shared showers and toilets. It was probably a good deal due to the costs in Lichtenstein, but I've liked other hostels better.
Location, cleanliness, friendliness
no possibility to cook, so had to eat out every lunchtime, and because we didn't know we would be back evenings, couldn't book meal in advance, which worked out very expensive. Also breakfast was very early, was a struggle to get all four children ready in time. a dispenser for snacks wouldn't have gone amiss. A bit more info about eating places would have been good, as we only found the Pizza place at the Mini Golf on the last evening
The location was good, but Liechtenstein is small so this is easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean as were the showers. Breakfast was basic but good enough.
There were no curtains infront of the windows so waking up early was guaranteed. Hostel is very expensive, mostly due to extra costs like paying for parking and one day membership fee.
The hostel is tucked away in the Alps with beautiful views on all sides. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Everything was very clean and neat.
You can't check in until 5, and we arrived in the area at 11, but it wasn't really a problem for us.
The staff called me when I was arriving late and told me the door key code and left our linen out for us. Good breakfast in the morning and great views of the mountains.
Maybe it's "gunstig" (=cheap) compared with other hotels, but it totally lacks atmosphere. We reserved a dinner so we tried to be in time. When we arrived we were told that there was no dinner because there were not enough people. No yoghurt or cereals without sugar during breakfast
Wonderfull location in the countryside of Liechtenstein but very close to Vaduz, facing the Alps, with a river, garden, bridges... It's clean, safe, it sure reminds of a 3+ star hotel and not a youth hostel.
Extremely overpriced and it's just nonsense to charge for parking because it's open air without any fence. But it's Liechtenstein so everything is overpriced...
LOVELY country with the most friendly people I have ever met, for real! Good breakfast, very clean and good location.
Not the most service minded staff.
it was dry
expensive for what you get. more than we'd thought when we booked without an international hostel membership. no towels no curtains
Situation, clean, confort
Check in 17:30, check out 10 am ??? No staff during the day. Really expensive !
Great location between Vaduz and Schaan. 5 min walk from main bus route through Lichtenstein. Coop foodstore at bus stop to stock up on. Very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable
No bad points
Additional fee for the youth hostel membership need to be paid which we were not aware of. Also additional fee to rent towels.
Staff was excellent, the girl on reception was extremely helpful. Location is cool and i'd call it "eco" as there are fields of potato just opposite the hostel.
Opening hours - 5pm, which is not great if you arrive earlier. There's no one in hostel and you are on your own.
The views from the hostel are unbeatable - a full show of sunset over the Swiss Alps. The front-desk worker's recommendation for dinner across the street was awesome and a reasonable price too.
The front-desk worker had no knowledge on anything to do in Vaduz. She pegged it as a boring town with nothing to do. However, we found a great hiking trail directly up to the castle, which she said was non-existent and that the castle could only be viewed from the town level.
The area was dark in the evening, inconvenient for walking back at night.
Breakfast, quiet location, view of the mountains
The lockers are not in the room, bathrooms not working on the first floor
Overprice, and they want to charge you for everything, even a fork!
