Everything is exceptional. The rooms are cozy, and everything is within reach. The restaurant is a museum of tastes that is playing with all your senses. Any visit is just another wonderful experience.

The hotel staff was very nice and the location was very scenic. Outdoor deck was very nice and would be very enjoyable during nicer weather.

The room was very small. The single bed was too small as well. The sound proofing was not good. I could hear the person in the next room like he was in the same room as me. I had an adjoining room that must normally used as a family room. I also did not like the cancellation policy which required me to cancel 24 hours in advance of my stay. As a business traveler my plans can change last minute and such a restrictive cancellation policy is normally unacceptable. In this instance there were few other hotel options in Liechtenstein so I had to accept it.

Fantastic staff - in particular the receptionist Heike who helped a lot. First time visit to Liechtenstein so was great with the help. Very friendly - great food. clean rooms. All in all recommendable Anders

The whole atmosphere and friendliness of the staff was first class.

On the Friday night they had a wedding party to attend to and as a result the other guests had to wait an unacceptable length of time to be served their dinner, including ourselves. I think they were over ambitious on the night. We could not fault the service on the following evening.

A very well run, clean, comfortable hotel with a touch of luxury. Excellent food.

Very expensive but this was not a surprise as we knew this before we booked and still chose to eat in the hotel.

The attention to detail. The personnel was very professional and speaking English properly. Nice hotel in a wonderful part of Europe. Very good also the swimming pool and a very high level breakfast.

For such a price the Nespresso coffee and the tea should be offered or included in the room price rather than being charged extra. Also I would recommend to use the same tea brand used for the spa or another one more high quality and prestigious than the one provided in the room. I was expecting to receive a small chocolate or biscuit with my cappuccino in the lobby of the hotel. In prestigious places I always get good chocolates when ordering at the bar... To precise also that the hotel does not have a bar. It has a small and nice lobby with some sofa but you can order your drinks without any problem. Finally I would recommend to turn on the chimney especially when outside it is snowing (it makes a more cosy and warm environment.

Ett av de mest fantastika hotell jag besökt, world wide. Hög ambiance, fantastiskt kök i restaurangen ( med 1 stjärna i Guide Michelin).

В отеле понравилось все. Очень впечатлило мастерство шеф-повара. Приятно, что можно покурить сигару в каминном зале с потрясающим видом на горы. Во всем отеле хорошо работает wi-fi

Было бы не плохо, если бы отель предлагал шаттл до Вадуца и обратно.

Die excellente Küche und der freundliche Service

A excelente atenção e cortesia dos donos do Hotel, sempre presentes, e de todos os funcionários, cuidando de todos os detalhes. Restaurante Gourmet, pratos muito bem elaborados, excelente apresentação e verdadeiro requinte de sabores. Carta de vinhos muito boa. Hotel muito agradável, no meio de um jardim, na ladeira da montanha e com uma vista maravilhosa. Facilidade de estacionamento.

Banheiro pequeno e quarto pouco iluminado.

идеальное место для романтического отдыха. замечательный отель - чистый и большой бассейн, вкусная еда в ресторане (единственный минус заключается в том, что закрывается кухня в 9 вечера), летняя веранда на свежем воздухе, дизайнер отеля на славу поработал с ландшафтом, просто сказочно! :-) здесь все создано для того, чтобы гости отдохнули. нет заморочек в плане сервиса и т.д., если среди ночи вам захочется перекусить тем, чего нет в меню - без проблем очень быстро это приготовят, только объяснить как именно и что готовить. 10 баллов из 10. крепкая десятка. :-)
