The location within the city is very goood. Staff are quite friendly.

The rooms were not clean to the standard. I has hairs in my fridge and in one occasion my room was not done. Staff at reception has poor knowledge of information u asked. The light and heater in bathroom was always not working. Has to try several times. Staff are noisy on the second floor at the housekeeping office. No amenities in thé room except for a very small soap. Furniture's ans glass are old, room nées touch if paint.

Great location, bang in the middle of Kandy

This hotel is great value for money. I stayed here for two nights sharing a room with two female friends and our room was lovely. The service from the staff was always excellent, everyone very friendly and happy to help. The outdoor pool is really nice, a great way to relax after a busy day sightseeing. Location is good too. I recommend it for anyone on a tight budget.

Kandy is an early closing town so don't expect to have any late nghts. We returned after 11pm to the hotel one night and found the doors locked. It took over ten minutes for the right key to be found so we could get in. This is obviously to keep guests safe but the hotel needs to ensure they don't keep guests out. Did slightly spoil our stay.

We liked being in the centre of town enabling us to walk to most of the things we wanted to see. The staff were great.

The location is perfect cant be any better, the hotel is old but good

I think as all hotels in Sri lanka they are over priced

Location is in the city and near Temple of the tooth relic. You will enjoy panoramic view of the city in their rooftop bar.

Outside appearance looks shabby and belies what's inside.

Ideally located near Kandy lake,temple of tooth, KFC and Pizza Hut. Transport (tuk tuk) readily available. Staff helpful. Good breakfast. Like to stay again. Wi Fi was available in floor lobby.

Tea making facility not available in room which is not a costly item but it increases value of the room more.

Environment of the hotel is not very nice : in the middle of the city with not very beautil neighbourhood...

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the pool. We would return to Hotel Casamara.

I found the outside of the building not congruent with the insides clean, well maintained interior.

The rooms were clean & had good setting. The staff was very helpful. The location is in the heart of the city. Overall i would love to visit this hotel again. They had separate accommodation for drivers with food.

The only thing i didnt like about the hotel was the channels on TV. There are only 3 foreign language channel.

Nice little hotel, right in the middle of town by the lake and temples, older style rooms but nice and clean, good breakfast, friendly staff, overall good value for money.

Central beliggenhed i Kandy by. Glimrende dobbeltværelse med balkon ud til byens pulserende liv men dejligt stille om natten. Dejlig pool ugenert i baggården. God og venlig service.

Lidt slidt hotel og virkelig retro elevator! Meget trist og mørk restaurant med standard-kedelig morgenmad. Spis et andet sted om aftenen. Det må klø i fingrende for en indretningsarkitekt - i restauranten er der virkelig potentiale for forbedringer! Der mangler pengeskab på værelset og WiFi kun i foyeren.

It was a last minute booking for 3 of us, so we were a bit scared what we will get, but we were happy to stay here as hotel was clean and beds were very comphortable. I liked the roof top bar and the view from it. Staff is very nice, helpful and always smiling.

The hotel is situated very well in the centre of Kandy. Renovation of the hotel was still going on. Swimmingpool is okay. Staff is friendly, breakfast okay.

The toilet in our room did not flush well, which was rather annoying. There was no wifi in the hotel (not in the room, nor in the lobby). The elevator is a bit scarry. Furthermore, we paid pretty much as we found out during our stay (we talked about it with other guests). After complaining we got a discounted rate for the second night.

Rooms are not very up to date anymore, bathrooms in need for some new tiling! Staff was very friendly though but Hotel is overpriced!
