Cockpit Airport Reach Hotel  

The fact that it was close to the airport.

No wi-fi in rooms. No Pool as advertised. Nightclub downstairs. Loud music till 5am. Dirty. Poor food hygiene. Shower was broken. Mosquito infested. Hole in the corridor floor that went down 3 floors protected by a painting rested against a traffic cone!!!!!!. Staff had a limited English vocabulary.

Restaurant is extremely slow serving food (3 hours +)

everything was inappropriate the breakfast was 2 toast, the butter and marmelade was not great, coffee. only 6 dollars, but the quality was very poor. doors, bathroom and etc. was not functioning as expected, not capable of opening/closing the door etc

My stay at this hotel was a nightmare. I didnt sleep at all - music incredible loud all night long. So loud that not even earplugs fixed the problem. I wouldnt recommend this hotel no anyone.

I heard noisy night club music very late. Cockroach at bathroom.

The rooms were modern and clean. Free Wi-Fi in in reception.

It's impossible to sleep at night in this place. It's more of a nightclub / party / function centre than a hotel.There is absolutely no consideration for those who actually want to sleep at night. No swimming pool (although advertised as having one), they also advertised the hotel as having a "hot tub" which in fact is what they call the bath in your bathrooom!!!!! Disgraceful false advertising. The worst thing was the all night party and music booming through the whole place each night. Me and my partner never slept at all. Shocking.They are charging top money for sub standard hotel. It's all wrong. Not even a real "hotel" in our opinion. Also, they tried to rip us off for a Tuk- Tuk to the airport when we left, telling the driver to charge us 3 times the going rate and no doubt taking a good cut of that themselves. Avoid this place at all costs.

Extrem laut in der Nacht, Nightclub im Haus! War eine Katastrophe. Internet funktionierte nicht im Zimmer. Verrechneter Preis nicht gleich mit gebuchtem Preis. Gewisse Orte sind immer noch im Bau - Rooftop.

Gute und neu eingerichtete Zimmer. Sauber. Flughafen nähe.

Lärmig da Zimmer über Disco. Internet funktionierte nicht im Zimmer. Verrechneter Preis nicht gleich mit gebuchtem Preis. Max. 1 Nacht da die nähere Umgebung nichts zu bieten hat.

man kann in diesem Hotel kein Auge zumachen, ständig irgendwelche Lärmpegel bis hinzu monotoner lauter Musik bis 5.00 Uhr morgens; man kann nur warnen hier abzusteigen, wenn man meint sich vor einen frühen Abflug noch entspannen zu können. Man sollte das Hotel aus dem Programm nehmen.

Bei meiner Ankunft fand man meine Reservation nicht. Das Hotel war noch eine Baustelle. Die Kreditkartenleser haben nicht funktioniert. Ab 21 Uhr lief extrem laute Musik bis um 5 Uhr. Man spürte im Bett sogar die Vibration des Basses. Ich habe die ganze Nacht kein Auge zugetan.

Nothing much . Quite disappointed

The staff not truthful enough when asking question. They are not professional in operating the hotel. The hotel lack of PowerPoint for charging Handphone, lighting is room and toilet is bad. The cabinet for clothing is limited.

It was close to the airport.

The Cockpit Reach was above a nightclub, when we closed the door in the room we could still hear the sound of the nightclub so we requested a room change. The staff said there was nothing else available and spent 20 minutes trying to convince us that it was okay, not good when you have been traveling all day so we checked out.

They tried to cheat on us when we were paying the bill with the exchange rate and commision.

The bathroom door was hard to open. I was surprised.

The close proximity to the Airport and other sevices

Most facilities were not working such as AC, hot water.power outlets. My room was changed three times for the two days I believe the hotel is being refurbished

Close to airport

Should not call itself an airport hotel - people go to an airport hotel to sleep either after or before a flight. We had to leave at 2am and wanted 3 or 4 hours sleep before. No chance due to the booming night club music. It was like torture. We were so exhausted after a long car journey and even through ear plugs the bass of the club music could be heard. We paid quite a lot (70dollars or so) for no sleep. Money for nothing. The whole place was deserted, we could easily have been the only guests - it was really unsettling and I found it a bit scary like a horror movie. Especially with the empty elevator shaft at the end of the corridor. There is a massive hole reaching from the top of the building to the ground floor, obviously designed for an elevator that has not been fitted. This is a death trap waiting to happen. It is not cordoned off - a picture frame had been propped up in front of it to beautify the area but no safety measures. Do not stay here!

クローゼットの位置が高すぎて手が届かない。クーラーの温度調節が効かないしファンの音が大きい。バスタブ- があるがお湯が出ない。併営のナイトクラブ？ディスコがうるさくて眠れない。おまけに朝停電した。廊下の端- に1階までの穴があって、非常に危険である。

酒店刚装修，设施较新，离机场很近，适合赶早班飞机或转机。酒店离主要公路有几十米距离，所以也不太吵。

门锁不好开。入住时正好赶上一个穆斯林团队入住，包了餐厅，只能送餐到房间，不太方便。酒店设施尚未完全就- 位。
