Located in Panabokke Village, Country Garden is a transformed 19th-century Kandyan mansion. Overlooking paddy fields, this eco-friendly resort features an outdoor pool and spa. Free Wi-Fi and parking are provided. Country Garden Resorts is 18 km from Kandy city centre and less than 90 km away from Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport. Individual chalets overlook green valleys. All rooms offer a private veranda and are equipped with en suite bathroom. A fridge and work desk are included. Guest of Resorts Country Garden may have meals at the resort’s restaurant, which serves a variety of both local and international dishes. A relaxing massage or a dip in the hot tub can be enjoyed at the resort. Alternatively, guests may enjoy walks while breathing in the fresh air at the tropical garden around the resort. The location was wonderful for those seeking peace, quiet and being close to nature. Sri Lankan staff just could not do enough for us and did everything in their power to make us welcome. Rooms were comfortable, decor tasteful and natural with some luxurious touches. The pool area has stunning views over the mountains and was a great spot for watching wildlife. The resort is remote so will suit anyone hoping for an escape! Food was of a high standard and made use of many local ingredients. Menu was extensive enough to cater for all tastes. This resort has amazing potential once the owners finish current projects and realise the importance of customer satisfaction over and above profit margins. I would like to revisit to see if it fulfils its potential. Food portions are small and expensive for what you get. There is currently building work going on to extend the resort and is due to finish soon - this may bring life to the place as we were the only guests for the three nights we were there! Our guide (now a friend after our many trips to SL) mentioned guide and driver accommodation had deteriorated since his last visit and they also wanted to charge for one of them which considering there is no way you could get there without private transport was poor. Seemed to us that owners wanted to make as much money as possible from those guests who did come. A bit of thinking required here!

Nous avions prépayé 8 jours au country garden resort et nous sommes partis au bout de 3 jours ... Restauration rapport qualité prix très mauvais, manager insupportable et très peu professionnelle ( vous demandant tous les 5 mn comment vous allez payer....) . Pour réserver un plat sur la carte , prévoir 24 à 48 h , sinon rien n est possible . La piscine est à côté d un chantier d agrandissement et vous êtes regarde par les ouvriers en permanence, à 15 m de vous .... Afin de ne pas gâcher nos vacances, nous avons payer 5 nuits pour rien, mais je conseille vivement d éviter cet hôtel sous la même direction

La vue de la montagne et de la jungle. La cuisine excessivement mauvaise et excessivement chère. Le manager, unique adulte de l’hôtel, humilie les jeunes stagiaires, (des adolescents) devant la clientèle pour se faire-valoir. Comportement malsain, ambigu et pour clore, malhonnête lors de l'établissement de la facture.

أعجبني مكان الفندق والطبيعة المحيطه فيه الفندق لايوجد فيه اكل مناسب والمطعم سيئ يوجد الكثير من الحشرات في الفندق لدرجه لاتستطيع النوم من كثر الحشرات والزواحف
