All the staff were exceptional , nothing is too much trouble, they are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a great position on the beach - which is very clean, but the sea is not really suitable for swimming which we didn't realise when booking. We ate in all the different restaurants and the food and service at all of them was very good. A very relaxing beach stay !

I liked the beach front of the hotel. Price is reasonable.

In my view, the hotel is not five stare hotel. Staff need to be trained on how to deal with guest. Private guest information were given to outside sales people I.e check out time etc. food is average. Will not stay in this hotel again.

The food at the restaurant was bad we could not eat because of the extreme hot and spicy food we were hungry all the time location of the hotel is very poor we have to travel 3 hours driving at 30 km per hour we were distracted by the cows in the street

Hotel need a renovation which seems to be soon. Mobile connection does not work in most areas of the hotel and no good wifi

Great hotel and location

Great food and facilities. Service is good apart from a single negative experience, which if checked at the onset would not permeate to other services. Wonderful stay for leisure. Outdoor pool and accompanying pool bar with the Seafood grill is a great treat. Easy access to the beach is a plus. Rooms are cozy with the private balcony a good sit-out to watch the sunset. Would definitely visit again and recommend!! Once again, food is really good!!

We were waiting for our lunch by the pool from the Seafood grill. There was dinner arrangements being done by the pool and two of the executives asked us to vacate the table as they had to make arrangements. They kept on insisting that we move somewhere else as they had to set up tables whereas two other tables nearby had guests having lunch and were not asked to move. After repeated insistence on our part that we wont take more than 15 minutes only did they said ok and we do not need to vacate. We were ok to assist with the staff, but other guests were not asked and also, none of the staff apologized for the inconvenience. Later when the set up was done, we could see that the particular table was where it was during our lunch!!!!

Food was a little too bland for our tastes. Would have liked if they had included some local cuisine.

The internet connection is only available in the café and is very slow. The business center closes early and I could not attend to a very important business since I could not find any internet connection…

My wife, two children, and I enjoyed our stay at Eden! The staff was extremely friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them. The prices of food are great! Some good food at the Eden Restaurant which has theme nights each week.

The only negatives things were at time there was a stench in the room/hallways which I think only appeared when it rained, and the men have to wear pants of a sarong (the local man-skirt which they'll loan you) yet children and women can wear anything - including very skin tight and revealing clothing. That irritated me. But rules are rules. The beaches are not really safe to swim in but was still a great location to walk along the beach.

Das Zimmer war klein, obwohl ich de Luxe Zimmer gebucht habe.

Un rapport qualité prix très correct, une plage superbe. Même avec 168 chambre, le calme règne. 2 restaurant dont 1 avec 10 tables ou dîner dans le calme e le raffinement. Une cave a vin très valable a des prix correctes. Un menu complet homard a 30 euro ... bravo

Avec des Suites a 350 euro, internet devrait être gratuit et accessible dans les Suites. J'estime l'accès internet de nos jours un acquis dans une certaine categorie.

Sehr sauberes und schönes Hotel. Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Essen war in allen Restaurants überdurchschnittlich und nicht überteuert.

Difficoltà nel collegamento internet (dalle stanze a pagamento) il ristorante ed il suo personale eccessivamente simili ad una baraonda; si è un po' troppo trascurati nei servizi essenziali che dovrebbero accompagnare il buffet : è opportuno protestare

1.معاملات الزوار العرب سيئة للغاية من قبل البعض في الاستقبال والعديد من العاملين في المطاعم الامر الذي يعطي انطباع غير مريح ومرغوب للنزلاء بالاضافة الي عدم ترشيح هذا الفندق للاخرين. 2. تم ابلاغ المسؤلين بالفندق عن بعض الامور الغير مرغوب فيها. 3. مستوي الغرف غير مناسب للاسعار والتي تعتبر مرتفعة نوع ما.

Качество обслуживания и отношение персонала. Расположение, плавательная часть океана в 5 минутах (через реку). Завтраки и seafood cafe.

Отсутствие беспроводного интернета. Проводной в cyber den на первом этаже так же был доступен не каждый день. На ближайшем к отелю пляже постоянно красные флаги (запрет на купание)

it is a good hotel for value of money, friendly staff, good location, nice beach.

تعامل الموضفيين لايوجد انترنت في الدور الارضي في الغرف طلبت تغير غرفتي بسبب الانترنت الدور العلوي ولم يقومو بتغير الاغرفه الابعد معاناه يوم كامل الاكل ليس جيد ارى بعض النزلا يقومون بطلب اكل من خارج الفندق
