Everything, rooms were super clean, tidy and comfortable. It was very spacious. The view is spectacular, you open the curtain or the door and elephants are batting right outside! Staff were extra friendly and very helpful. There are private balconies/sections for residents to view the bathing elephants without the crowd which was great. Breakfast was good.

Very nice bed and pillows, good price for this accommodation. Unfortunately, no any discount to see elephants. And if you come to this hotel by car or bike, the parking is free, don’t pay any guys over there.

great place to stay, staff friendly and facilities were good. breakfast was great and we had dinner there which was good too. the rooms were really nice and the pool was lovely. great location, right opposite the elephant orphanage. good value for money.

The location was perfect to see the elephants. The elephants walked right by the hotel entrance. And the owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely visit again!
