Helpful & friendly staff

overall the apartment was spacious

facilities a bit old and outdated 2nd bedroom was quite small

Location and views great, but not value for money

Does not match up to the Hilton brand for amenities, equipment provide, service quality, understanding of Hilton service. However staff were very helpful despite lack of understanding

The pool and breakfast was amazing. The suite we had was huge much more than we expected.

The 3 bedroom apartment we booked was big and spacious. It was clean and the staff was helpful.

The master bedroom had a toilet attached to it. But the other bathroom was not nice. It was a common bath to be shared by the members of the other two bedrooms. The interiors of the 2nd bath has a lot of scope for improvement. Also there was a lot of construction and drilling noise. We were on the 21st floor.

the location of the hotel is good for shopping/sight-seeing etc.

The property is old and needs refurbishing; the lifts are not efficient especially if you are staying on the top floors

Good place to stay both for business or for short relaxation after flight to have shopping in a capital and to move then to other places of SriLanka. Great gym, good staff, good food especially if you dont like local spice food there is a range of european dishes acceptable forour stomach. Good pool. Nice view from High floor

Massage was so-so... Not the best place for spa holiday

-Complementary bottle of wine and a friut platter on arrival -The staff are very service minded, in fact the best we experienced during our whole stay in Sri Lanka. -The apartment itself was perfectly acceptable and the in suite dining is very convenient and cheap. -The breakfast was great with an extensive selection -The location is also very good.

Simple and old redecoration of rooms. But it's just a cavil, really :)

Facilities provided in room. Gets a feeling of home stay. Service was very good. Breakfast spread is very good with many varieties even for vegetarian people.

We booked 3 Bed room apartment for 4 adults. What we found that even in 3br only master bed has attached toilet and second and 3rd br has to share common toilet. This was not clearly mentioned on the site.

I stay at 3 Bedroom Suite (Flat) with well equipped kitchen and dinning area and hall. The hotel give a easy and near by access to most of places of Interest (Specially shopping ) . Supermarket is on the right of the entrance with all what you need. Ready to help and friendly staff specially at reception.

The price schedule was not clear . I book a Deluxe Three-Bedroom Suite but it is for 2 people max ??!! Then I have to paid extra for the 3rd person.

Wij waren met 5 volwassenen en een baby en kregen 2 drie persoons-suites. Super de luxe met woonkamer keuken en balkon, ook al verbleven wij er maar voor 1 nacht op doorreis naar het vliegveld, het was een heerlijke afsluiting van onze vakantie! Het personeel was super vriendelijk en alles werd tot in de puntjes geregeld: op tijd gewekt, ontbijt op tijd op de kamer,taxi precies op tijd. Een echte aanrader!
