Jetwing Vil Uyana  

Amazing place- close to nature, huge well provided villa, lovely bath area, great food and excellent staff. Stayed for 3 nights and was the best stay of my 8 day trip. Would love to come back again!

Fairly pricey but i guess worth the experience!

This hotel is beyond words. Magnificent, beautiful, exquisite in all aspects of the service. It really is out of this world. Fantastic anyway you look at it.

We stayed only one night at Jetwing Vil Uyana but this place definitely deserved at least 2 - 3 nights to fully appreciate the surroundings and the hotel facilities (especially the spa). Beautiful views from the villa we were in. Serene environment in which to relax and contemplate. Staff were very attentive, smiling, good-natured and friendly. Beautiful colorful butterflies. Lovely water-lilies. Attractive environmentally friendly landscaping and structures.Great place to read, write, heal, contemplate and to observe nature and wildlife.

We were not very comfortable with the toilet area not having a door even though it was tucked into a far corner of the room. It still felt exposed. I did not like the pigeons nesting in the thatched roof of the villa.

the nature and the actual rooms/bungalows are stunning.... location is beautiful despite not very central. very charming place...

staff a bit hit or miss, some were great, others not so much. Spa quite disappointing, and overall not much on offer when it's pouring and you are stuck at the hotel.

The peaceful envrionment, the comfort of the villa/chalet, beautiful scenery and surroundings, there was nothing to not like!

The location and tranquility.

We were in a room which had an open air bathroom which was amazing but it was also open to the adjoining bungalows bathroom. Luckily we didn't have neighbors (toilet noises) to endure. Also when returning to the room at night, the bathroom sink was covered in bat guarno. Not very pleasant.

The location on the jungle, the lobby on the water, stylish rooms. Wine celler and food are nice. Beautiful decorated.

We got a standard room very breautifu but facing a road and guards. After asking the manager to cancel our booking and get the buggy to leave they upgrade us to a better room.

Nature, wild animals and birds, fantastic lake-side bungalow.

Les renseignements touristiques et la réticence du personnel à communiquer les informations (bus, train, proximité des sites touristiques etc.) sur les transports possibles pour obliger les clients a passer par leur service 2 à 5 fois supérieurs aux prix normaux locaux alors que l hôtel est a 10km du 1er village

Great rooms beautiful interiors , friendly service. Very relaxing.

Outstanding hotel, in the middle of nature. We were in a standard room which was also amazing. Nice common pool. Overall a great place to stay a couple of days and to combine trips with relaxing by the pool.

The price for a driver was a little expensive (compared to the other places we went) but food and drinks were not expensive.

Something different. Close to nature, very spacious and minimalstic rooms. Food is awesome and service is stunning and where can you see a crocodile 2 meters away while having lunch?

It is overpriced and the rooms lack passion for detail. Minimalstic dropped to spartanic.

La chambre était magnifique, directement sur le lac. Cuisine succulente, service agréable, un bel endroit à recommander.

the huts were fun to take pictures of, the location felt like a jungle area,

the bugs were inevitable. and the food at the restaurant was not good. the food was better outside for 20 times less.

Beautiful place in stunning location. Attention to detail amazing, particularly in bedrooms. Atmosphere tranquil. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Easy proximity to both Sigiryia and Minneriya Tank

Beautiful concept. Great pool area. Excellent location.

Service weak. Poor value for money. Property needs some management attention.

Everything is great. Stunning location, rooms on the lake are amazing, staff is very helpful.
