A man trying to push his way into my room for a 'free' massage; boring food menu (not much Sri Lankan and pretty expensive); only one light bulb in fairly large room and nowhere near the bed; wifi downstairs only despite that being a major reason to choose hotel

We stayed at this hotel because it was budget friendly and close to the Columbo airport. We had an early flight in the morning and just needed a place to sleep. This hotel was fairly clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food in their restaurant was pretty good as well.

I liked the air conditioned room and the close proximity to the airport

I have a question while booking am I have been charged forthe rent or not cause I have been asked for topay the rent pl confirmed about that as I should be charged twice

A bit run down facility...

Hotel is really well placed for the airport. Only a 10 minute tut tut ride (500 rupees / £2.50) away. This was the main reason that we booked the hotel, as we had an early morning flight and didn't want to fight the Colombo traffic. Hotel is very clean, staff very friendly, free wi fi in reception is a good bonus. Hotel room was adequate for a one night stay. Hotel booked the tut tut for us to get to the airport.

Hotel is on a busy main road, which made it difficult to sleep.

Had to submit my passport at check in and then at check out in the morning the desk clerk could not debit my card until the fourth or fifth attempt which then blocked my card as the bank became suspicious, then the clerk forgot to give me my passport back and looked bemused when I asked for it.

Близко от аэропорта - всего 4 км и 200 LKR на тук-туке. Достаточно большая комната и санузел. Большая хорошая кровать. Есть кондиционер и вентилятор. Есть стоянка для авто. Услугами ресторана не пользовались.

Близость к главной дороге и звукоизоляция. Такое впечатление, что автомобили едут по коридору. Также были слышны голоса из ресторана. Одну ночь перекантоваться (другого слова не подберу) можно, тем более если утром самолет, как в нашем случае.

Noisy at night. Played local music. No lifts Appearance of hotel, looks rather dilapidated. They served breakfast only after 8.00 am. No twin beds available, all double beds for the 5 rooms booked. No enought blankets available.
