Staff very lovely! Very confortable and clean apartment with 2 twin rooms and two bathrooms. It's in Colombo 6, 150 rupies in tuk tuk to reach Fort e Pettah!

the hotel apartment was on the beach.

the internet was not working properly, the AC was not cooling well, there was a crazy dog in the apartment and whenever we wanted to go out it was coming towards us and barking excessively.

Friendly stuff and really big apartments! Excellent for staying a few nights. The manager kept our winter clothes for three weeks. Thanks him for attention!

it`s nothing interesting to see in this area

The place was huge, a lot of space everywhere. Despite of the mentioned things I did not like (which were just my subjective opinion) as it was the cheapest option for us, I can still recommend it if you don't expect more than a convinient place to sleep in Colombo.

I would say the kitchen was quite poorly equipped (at first I couldn't find any plates or cutlery) but we stayed only 1 night so it didn't bother us too much. The standard seems very good but when you look closely the place looks like has been renovated a little bit but not cleaned properly afterwards. Even though I cannot say the place was dirty, the details make the final impression.

This is a perfect place if you have a family, plenty of space and safe for small children. No mosquitoes and a bath!!! Our 20 month old had ear ache and the people who own the place took us to the hospital , in the night, they offered, we didn't have to ask. Luckily, it was a false alarm but if it hadn't been , I felt sure that they would have stayed and supported us and helped deal with any problem. Educated, friendly owners.

The place not very far away from the city.Also the owner was quite friendly and welcoming ready to help.Ver ideal place if somebody wishing to go with family or a large group.Enjoyed to the max.

We chose this location as it is close to the Indian visa office. Apart from that there is not much more to see and do there. The apartment is very spacious, in fact it's huge, perfect for a family or two couples.

Spacious rooms

There was view of the sea from the apartment (although it said so inthe description). The door to the roof was locked (which could be the only viewing spo,t if any). The 3rd bedroom didn't have ac. No cooking/ heating facility although an apartment is expected to have this.

It is located at a very safe , calm and quite street and has gated car parking with no disturbance as it is a furnished apartment and not a hotel. You hane got nice kitchen with all amenities like cooking range, microvave , refrigerator, electric kettle and utensils. Perfect for a family or group of people. From sitting room you have perfect view of the Indian ocean beach located about twenty meters from the residencies.

Расположение отеля довольно удачное, выход на главную улицу. Квартира действительно просторная, в кухне вся бытовая техника рабочая, мебели не много, но все необходимое имеется. Стоимость соответствует предложению.

La zona circostante non offre molto. Pulizia un po' carente ma per gli standard del paese più che sufficiente!

Minable a fuir absolument, les photos sont ressemblantes mais ne reflètent pas la réalité fuite d'eau dans une salle de bain un tout petit filet d'eau quasi impossible de se doucher correctement,clim bruyante, quartier sans intérêt dur à trouver pour les taxis et tuktuk du coup le prix des courses augmentent, toujours pas compris le système des draps qui mesurent 0,9 pour un lit de 140cm investissez plutôt pour un 5 étoiles si vous voulez dormir mais sachez qu'à moins de 200 euros vous dormirez dans des logements insalubres pour moins cher plus beau plus accueillants visez la Thailande

It was a worse day for us in our tour, the hotel looks like a living building we enter it through the basement.They aske me to pay with dolar and charge me more than the price . Also in the offer they Promise for Wi-Fi service, when I arrive I asked them twice to give me the pass!! They was no soap or shampoo in the toilet. They was very rode when check out as my driver been late little pet they start asking me before 12 pm to vacate the room and wait outside. I wish booking.com to take off this hotel from the list if they like to save their name up. And they didnot have a room service so I take my bages my self to the car. من اسوأ الفنادق التي تعاملت معها في سريلانكا كانت معاملتهم فذة وعندما طلبت رمز الواى فاى اعطوني خطأ مرتين وكذلك طلبوا مني الدفع بالدولار وكان عندي الروبية فحاسبوني اكثر من صرف السوق وكذلك لم يوفروا صابون وشامبوا في الحمامات وعند الخروج وقبل الساعة 12 مساء طلبوا منا اخلاء الشقة مع العلم باني اخبرتهم اني في انتظار السائق واخذو بتهديدي بالخروج بالقوة.ولا توجد لديهم خدمة الغرف حيث انزلت حقائبي بنفسي للسيارة

It is excellent for group of people 6-7 people.nothing cheaper you will find. Rather clean Staff was very kind and nice, helped with transfer from airoport and back In 2 rooms air conditioners and 2 double- bedroom, 2 cupboards , in 3 rd room 2 beds and ventilator and no cupboards and a/ c Really big area, very comfortable for big group Big kitchen замечательный номер для большой группы людей! довольно чисто, 2 комнаты с двуспальными кроватями, шкафами, кондиционерами, и 1 комната с 2 м одно спальными без шкафа и с вентиляторами, большая кухня и гостиная управляющая очень милая, помогла заказать трансфер из аэропорта и ответить на вопросы. отличные апартаменты для большой и веселой компании 6-8 человек, лучше и дешевле не найти)

There are no beach in 2 minutes! You should go in another area to swim. Price for 2 nights was total 200$ but in e- mail they told that it will be 100$, we were surprised of this e- mail but when arrived they told 200$. пляжа для купания рядом нет, мы ездили на тук- туке в другое место. а рядом даже нет подхода к океану, булыжники и волны. по почте неожиданно обрадовали, что номер обойдется не 200 $ а 100$ за 2 ночи,но по приезду все равно взяли 200. на кухне кастрюль, сковородок нет, но остальная посуда в полном составе, утюга и фена тоже нет. нет вида на океан, улица не освещенная, с ухабами, пахнет сыростью, но это не к отелю скорее, а к окрестностям в округе.

This place is ideal if you are big family or family with grown kids and want couple of rooms and need to stay in Colombo for couple of days in the minimum. We arrived in this hotel only for one night on our first day of visit to Sri Lanka in Colombo. The place is not anything great for $100 a night. We later found places that were only 60$ a night and much cleaner and nicer. The house is supposed to be fully furnished, but there were so many ants that it made it impossible for us to put our bags down. As soon as we arrived by a badly delayed flight at 3am local time, the care taker came down within minutes to collect the money in cash. It did not appear like he cared whether we are settled down and if the room was comfortable. Its a nice apartment and much like the way they say on the internet, however beware of ants. I got so badly bitten that night and it took me tons of lotion etc for the next 2 days to recover from this. I am not sure if it was just ants or some bed bugs as well, though my kids were not bitten by them.

It needs to be a little more user friendly and for the price it needs to be a little more cozy and cleaner. If there is not a provision to serve some tea or coffee since there is no lobby, please leave some tea/coffee, sugar and cream in the kitchen so people can use them.
