Pas de wifi , perdu dans la campagne , carte trop cher , hôtel vieillot ; style fin de règne ...

Personnel très gentil,vue époustouflante de la terrasse.

Pas de bon resto dans la ville.

Se situe en face d'un centre de massage ayurvédique réputé.

La sensation d'être seuls dans un bâtiment qui n'est pas souvent en service ou qui sortait d'une période d'hibernation.

very friendly and helpful staff, quiet place

The manager and staff were determined to meet our needs. We had made a mistake with Internet booking 2 rooms instead of 1 and they helped sort it so as not charged for a so-called late cancellation. When our 2yo would only eat pineapple for fruit and there wasn't any, they sent someone to town to get it early morning. We were very happy with our stay n would go back. Great view.

Food was really nice, but with a set menu, choice was not possible. They did ask us what we wanted however so not really complaining as we were only ones there. No TV in room as advertised.

The hotel staff were really excellent. They could not do enough for you. My sister who was handicapped was virtually carried up to the next floor by the staff members. The hotel is managed efficiently and this hotel provides an excellent example of what customer service is all about. Excellent value for a short stay up to 3 nights.

Hot water was a problem as there was none once or twice. Yet once again the manager sprang in to action and got the problem sorted out in a very short time.

Das Hotel konnte einfach finden, es liegt am Hauptstrasse. Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit.

Die Toilette-Spülung funktioniert nicht.

1.Staff very helpful. They need more training. 2. Easy access to town

1. Rooms and toilets need to be upgraded. 2. Rate is very high as compared to the facilities available in the hotel. 3.Use of internet should be made free of charge. 4. Food is standard

We were on a nights stay to participate for a family function. They gave us foc late check out but we checked in very late at night.

THBathroom is too small and dirty. You find a smell inside from the time we arrived. You must ask for hot water always and I think they'll switch on the heater. Beds spacious but not comfortable. We ordered breakfast since we were with children and we had to start our journey early. Breakfast was alright ( Sri Lankan food ) but not so good. Although it was published there's no 24 hour room service and reception. Staff informed us at the time of check in if we need anything to call no. 9 but when we do no one answers. Basically hotel is not worth for the price we paid comparing to other hotels in the area.
