Poor hospitality, poor food, worst staff , shower didn't work, wifi with hifi rate, definitely you will cry after paying so much for a lowsy hotel.

The staff were helpful, the rooms very comfortable, quiet, spacious and immaculate. The restaurant, 'Alhambra', served excellent Indian cuisine. A hearty and delicious breakfast (not included in the room price) was available.

No free wi-fi, and quite expensive rates for using wi-fi which was only available in the foyer.

The staff is friendly and the hotel is located centrally so getting around is easy. The room was spacious and clean.

The food was horrible so i had to escape and eat elsewhere, the breakfast was good though. Mainly i would blame the staff at the cafe. On the other hand the food at the mughal restaurant was good. This was my second stay at this hotel, they need to improve their service.

1.No Wifi @room, only available @ lobby. 2.Wifi service charge: 1 hr for USD13.00 and Day pass for USD26.00 3.Furniture in the room old, carpet and sheet smelly.

We waited 2 hour for our room to be cleaned on arrival Then they tried put us in cheaper room Hotel was way over priced

F&b supervisors and waiters needs more training. Service is very poor.

It's a well-organised hotel, easy to get used to, and concentrates on the essential needs of the traveller without unnecessary fancy trappings. The staff were friendly, including the room cleaner. The laundry service was efficient.

One request - that a defective safe box be dealt with - was not attended to. Secondly - this is perhaps beyond the hotel's control - some rooms at the front experience high weekend disco reverberations coming from a neighbouring building, I think, until 2.00 am or more. (However, my request for a room change was efficiently fulfilled.)

طاقم الفندق سىيئ جداً كل شوي لهم سعر محترفين بالنصب والاحتيال الحسنه الوحيده انهم ماحجزو علي بطاقه الفيزا

The awful smell from the entrance, corridor and room. Unbearable old carpet mouldy smell thoughout the hotel. We could not breath propely and were very unconfortable being in the room. When mentioned about the smell to the staff, they avoided answering any questions which means that they are aware about this problem. Very dated facilities. **********Not recommended********
