The family that owns the resort is extremely nice and were very helpful on multiple occasions, from helping us navigate around the town, driving us to our next destination, helping with currency exchange and so on. Very nice, honest and carrying people. The facility itself was good, just as advertised. Conveniently located next to the beach and restaurants. Nice view from the rooftop

The host, room, and pool were really lovely. It’s on a busy road but you can’t tell once you’re in the accommodation premises. The host sorted a big bag of laundry for us with same day service and booked us a tuk tuk to Galle at a discounted rate. Would highly recommend!

It is more of a homestay. The location is great. Walking distance from coconut hill and parrots rock. The host Mr. Ratan was very warm and welcoming. He packed our breakfast nicely since we had to leave post whale watching and it was getting late. The staff is very kind and warm.

Everything was really good. many thanks for offer us the late checkout and even serve a breakfast out of normal hours (before checkout we returned late after "whale watching" trip). BTW breakfast on top floor is really good, owner serve also bread from classic wood oven, we like it so much that even asked get some for take a way. There is a small but very nice pool on 2nd floor. They have also a small good restaurant and parking for several cars. And of course host and all people are very friendly and ready to help.

Our stay at the humble Resort Deepika was a great start to the trip. Ratna was absolutely accomodating and he's also an amazing chef! Expect the a very good breakfast here! The resort staff carefully take care of your needs. A definite recommendation.

Had a great trip! They helped us organize a whale watching tour the day before and even drove us themselves to our next hotel. The whale watching tour was great! We saw a fin whale and the driver made sure we stayed just long enough for everyone to see them whale the. Left to not stress out the whale and her baby. I would advise this is not for the faint of stomach as the waves were rough and many were sick. The boat was also packed with as many people as they could fit.

Location was great! Right in between parrot rock and coconut hill and just across the street from the beach. The host and staff are very kind and helpful. The room was clean and had a mini fridge. The breakfast was a lot of food and you eat on the roof overlooking the ocean.
