The staff are very friendly and the location is excellent. Right near the surf break and on the beach. I woul highly recommend this place to others looking for simple good accomodation in Hikka.

Location is everything, Rita's fronts onto the best part of the beach and is close to the best surf break in Hikkaduwa. Very helpful staff and a pleasant environment to stay in. Excellent for the price. I have stayed in serveral hotels in Hikkaduwa and would stay at Rita's again.

The rooms are pretty basic, but comfortable. The bed linen and towels could be cleaner or newer.

Rooms at back near road very noisy, and smelly.Everything was awful, towels, pillows, blankets smelly. Arrogant staff, especially administrator.

Location, location, location.......right on the beach and almost a front row seat due to a tsunami warning.....darn, we missed it.......hotel staff was great, bathroom was filthy (I cleaned it myself).....as they say, 'you get what you pay for!'

Location, right on decent wide beach, although sea too rough to swim unless very good swimmer. Ok for novice surfers. Most of restaurant staff ok but service very slow, food was very good. Deluxe room at front (think there are 4) overlooking beach are spacious, double bed was king size and comfortable.

Did not get the early check in as promised. Manager wanting 'tip' (£25 in sterling) before we even checked in. Rooms at back near road very noisy, very basic. Would only recommend a deluxe room at front with a/C. Room not cleaned until we complained. a/c leaked water all over room, had to complain to get the room cleaned. Dogs wandered in and out of kitchen area = not good!

Location was perfect, with very reasonably priced basic accommodation.

Overpriset, møkkete rom, ubrukelig myggnetting (luktet sur fotballdrakt), frekt personale, vonde senger, ingen pute, smakløs mat.

-Отель отвратительный. Понятно, что дешевый и на пляже, но он и этих денег не стоит. Грязный маленький номер, вместо одеял - использованные пледы из самолетов, на полу муравьи, встретился большой таракан и был уничтожен. Нет горячей воды. В номере нет мыла. Кровать скрипит. Подушка с комками. Персонал отеля - его по сути нет. После прекрасного дня на пляже приходить сюда спать - ужасное депрессивное ощущение.

Близко к пляжу. Отличное кафе прямо внизу. Близко к клубам и автобусной остановке/жд станции. Хороший персонал!

Единственной место, напротив которого самый лучший пляж,только там можно купаться, нет таких больших волн и камней, хороший ресторан по приемлемым ценам, питались в основном только там, очень хорошо готовят, вкусные фреши,отзывчивый персонал.

Уборки в комнате за 5 дней не было ни разу.

Хорошая кухня в ресторане по приемлемым ценам.

Маленький номер, плохое старое непростиранное белье и полотенца. Кондиционер работает плохо и не чистится фильтр в нем, вследствие чего заболели вирусной инфекцией

The Ritas Hotel has an amazing location and the staff is really friendly. When we arrived our rooms where clean and pretty big. The manager first tried to give us a bigger room, but when we said the small ones (who were still pretty big) were ok, he immediately showed us our rooms. The food is really good and the staff is always around to help you with anything. Very nice hotel with very friendly staff! I will go back!

Die freundlichkeit und hilfsbereitschaft aller Mitarbeiter.

Ein Zimmer (nr.13) war mit Schimmel an der Wand befallen und roch sehr feucht. Aufgrund der Nähe zu unseren Kindern wollten wir es nicht tauschen. So kann man es aber nicht anbieten!!!

Funcionários muito gentis e preocupados com os hóspedes. extremamente educados e customer oriented. Funcionários de restaurante muito gentis, humildes, bom coração. Opções do menu muito boas.

Limpeza, ruído (ficámos num quarto à beira da estrada, como não há estores é absolutamente impossível adormecer, a estrada é a principal e passam carros toda a noite). Melgas, o mosquiteiro não é suficiente. Sem limpeza todos os dias. Só deram toalhas de banho porque pedimos, a casa de banho não tem as mínimas condições e o mobiliários é MUITO antigo. No entantp, não podemos esquecer que estamos na Ásia, é a maneira de viverem e não conhecem outra realidade. Ficámos noutros hotéis, o preço é completamente despropositado face à oferta.

Certain personnel ne parle pas bien anglais et le sourire n'est pas présents chez tout le monde heureusement 50% du personnel est pro. On assiste parfois a des disputes entre le personnel... Moyen !
