This is a far better place to stay due to the quality of the resort than in Polonnaruwa. A guest could stay here for many days as the ground are huge and relaxing. Pool and spa are kept spotless by a dedicated person that has been doing ot proudly for over 21 years.AAnonymous

- From $115.50 per night8.1Scored 8.1Very GoodRated very good· 56 reviewslocation is wonderful by lake - plenty of places to sit around pool and in beautiful garden leading to lake views and on terrace by restaurant (choice of sun or shade everywhere) - staff super helpful and friendly especially pool attendant and restaurant manager - great for us, but sad for hotel, we were one of only two couples on second night in this 80 room hotel - bungalow room was very elegant with delightful open air bathroom (although nowhere to sit outside) - this would be a great time to visit!!!!!!

The hotel was kind enough to arrange a trust worthy tuk tuk from their partners and it was economical yet good service. They have jacuzzi in the bathrooms. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet is value for money but the food options on the whole are very limited. They did pack up a hearty breakfast as we had to leave for Colombo early morning.
