I'm an elderly backpacker traveling 3-4 months/year. This was the cheapest hotel with a star in Colombo that I could find on the Internet. So my expectations were low but I was in for a big surprise. Value for the money - considering this is Colombo. Bus 103 takes you to the city every 10 min i had a fix made to a defect safetybox. The staff asked very directly for a tip despite this was a repair and not a requested room service. The staff should know the difference !

Staffs are friendly, close to hospitals and shopping areas. When I book the hotel I request for a ac room but it is not working the first room we stayed, when we mentioned that they immediately change our room, its was fine.

The only thing nice to say about this hotel was it looked lovely when we got in our Tuk tuk and drove away. Do not stay at this hotel! We were in Colombo for a 3 nights and opted to stay here. We left after 2 owing to a cockroach in our room and the appalling attitude of the person on the front desk who just laughed at us. Please note I have stopped in some rather rough holes in the world, but this place was shocking, it remains to this day the only hotel I have ever left early. Beds were hard and rooms were dirty, dirty plates were strewn all over the stairs. On the plus side there was a guy who worked there when we checked out who was rather helpful to us when the card machine was playing up, That is just about the only good thing to say, i kinda felt a bit sorry for him, thrown to the wolves by the owner/manager who was not present for any day of our stay for us to complain in person too. I know the price may look appealing, but i endeavour you to spend £20 a night more and get somewhere better closer to town. This place really is the pits

They didn't know I'm coming even though I booked in advance. The room was dirty, the mirror was broken. No hot water, woke up in the morning from hotel's constructions noise.

ベッドがふかふかだったことくらいしかないです。 場所が中心部からかなり離れています。 スリーウィーラーのドライバーも知らない人が多いのでまずLanka Hospitalsまで行ってもらいます。 Lanka Hospitalsの南東側に大きなホテルのネオンサインがあるのでわかりやすいです。 部屋とバスルームは値段相応に汚い。ホットシャワーも出ませんでした。
