Supun Arcade Residency    

I had mistakenly booked 3 appartment instead of one with 3 rooms and they helped me to correct this mistake with Booking.com and ask only for the payment of one apartment. They also allow me to check-in before I solve this issue. Overall I beleive this place is away better than a 5 star hotels. Clean, new, spacious rooms, all important facilities are available.

Everything: >Staff: tried forcing us to worst apt on 2nd floor (claiming no other available). When checked in & raised long list of issues (including a broken sofa!), they suddenly found a vacant apt right above it (3rd floor)! ≫Apt: living-dining space is wide but bedrooms are small & beds are tiny (short twin) & baths are tiny. ≫Kitchen: empty cabinets, worn-out tools, only fridge & microwave handy. ≫Facilities: used up, even dirty (ironing board). ≫Swimming pool: forget it! Closed for renovation (were told)! The flash point of the hotel (shown in its ad-picture). ≫View: None! Cuz only one side towards the sea but no floor available above the 5th! Y: renovation again! ≫Location: neither downtown nor beach! ≫Wifi: only in lobby, which is 2 sofa's (wonder how some claim its spacious, never-mind very spacious!).

Size of the rooms. Beach is at a walk-able distance. Good for a big group.

No food options at all! Even for a bed-coffee, you need to go out. I couldn't find a good non-veg hotel near-by. Eventhough, there is a kitchen in the apartment, there are no raw materials to cook anything; even on payable basis. Also, you need to really wait for getting a cab as this is located outside Colombo-2/3. There is no TV in the bedroom; you need to go to the main hall to watch TV.

It was budget friendly Its good for people who are traveling in groups

Welcome was shocking. We arrived late in the night and the guard was sleeping on the couch. We woke him up and got him to call somebody to check us in. Staff was not so friendly. i wasnt very happy with the location

Spacious rooms, nice big bathrooms, nice staff, good location excellent, very comfortable beds and swimpool on the roof.

Not much selection in restaurants near location is not ideal for Colombo wifi in room was hit or miss while kitchen provided no grocery stores nearby

Near the city, excellent restaurants and night life. Generous living spaces. Friendly staff.

Noisy mosque nearby. The photos show it is waterfront, but it is not - it's several blocks from the water. Only enough hot water for a short shower. Beds are a bit hard, but I placed 2 comforters on the mattress, which helped.

- Large 3-bedroom apartments but not 160sq.M. As described. - Nice view to the ocean and sunset from the roof top - good just to stay but don't request service like in Hilton - good price for a large group in the 3-bedroom

- No restaurant or even buffet - poor check-out processing (complicated bill request preparation) - my VISA Gold was blocked according to the VISA processing allert about possible bad transaction!!! - ask cash without a bill - Only air TV with about 3,5 channels

Everything was perfect ! Apartments are very spacious. Good staff & good service .. Loved the rooftop pool. I highly recommend this & it’s fully worth for the price you pay.

The location was great, and the people were very helpful and friendly

They had a strange rule where you have to be home before 10 - but if you let reception know that you'll be late, they can let the security guard know and he lets you in! so it's no big deal.

Poor wifi We weren't told we needed to turn on the hot water, so had cold showers in the morning as we disn't have time for the water to heat up. Location is not city central as advertised.

Clean Staff Space Comfort Excellent/relaxing way to end our trip within reasonable distance to the airport.

This would be a great choice for families,couples & groups. I was really surprised with the size of the apartment. It was huge & really worth for the price we paid. The rooftop swimming pool was amazing with a view of the ocean and the city. I was very satisfied with the service of the Supun Arcade Residency and I'm happy to recommend this place to anyone.

Big and spacious. Good value. Only there for the day to fill in time before flight so unsure whether location good.

Noisy. Ask for rooms at back of hotel No tea or coffee in kitchen. Organised taxi through reception, agreed on price then was made to pay much more from driver. Rip off

Specious apartments and With very friendly staff.

Swimming pool was murky. We did not feel like to swim at all. Gym was with out of order machines and beyond use. There were no batteries of the tv remote control but they did not provide any even after few requests. Though locate very near to the sea, there was no sea view unless go to the roof top.

Great value for price and a good proof for srilankan hospitality. Service and staff were excellent, very spacious apartments. C'était top au niveau rapport qualité/prix.

The Apartment was very spacious, styled really nicely and was clean and well looked after. Kitchen area was great and fully equipped. The staff was very helpful. Felt at home & would definitely stay again. Loved the roof top pool with the sea view ..

Lots of space - we had a 3-bedroom apartment. Everything worked well. The rooftop pool is excellent. Great value for money.

No staff on duty (except security guards) much of the time. Apartments have strange plugs - need more adaptors than the 2 provided. Kitchen should have toaster and microwave (we stayed in 2 different apartment, neither had toaster and only 1 had microwave).
