Hosts were very helpful and the house was a very nice old house with lots of character. Very good homemade food was provided for both ourselves and 2 young children.

No A/C in rooms made the nights very hot. Bathroom had no ventilation making it very hot and sticky. After 4 days of use it was a dripping mess in the bathroom.

    The villa is quite unique.

The location is very remote and not easy to find.

A pearl..definitely recommended to anybody who stays in Kandy...the huts for couples are very authentic, very stylish...the garden that turns into dinner place are amazing...dinners under the stars.. The kitchen is also extremely good for very normal prices..the family that runs the places are extremely sweet and helpful, amazing feel like home...

The place is somewhat distant from the city and a bit in a back street but once there you do not regret as it gives the necessary isolation from the city.. The huts are great but as they are out in the nature expect some little friends to visit you room (ants, spiders), but nothing really to be bothered.

Great location as an escape from kandy city. Felt like a little haven from the busy world outside! Wonderful owners who made us feel very welcome and the dinner was fab! Highly recommend eating there. We stayed in the jungle room which was a good experience if you like to hear the animals at night. All in all lovely stay.

The setting and the view - incredible. The place was brimming with character and the hosts were charming. Very relaxing listening to the birds sing and having a beer in the delightful garden.

    The rooms could be fresher.

    - It was in a serene and peaceful location - Owners were friendly

    - Not value for money at all - The mud cottage though rustic was quite small, there was no decent sized mirror in the room and there was no door between the bedroom and bathroom which was weird - The food is really expensive
