We loved the priceline discount. We had one very nice gentleman on at reception at our arrival, which allowed us to look at several different rooms and gave us a good deal on a room upgrade. The rooms were nice and clean. The pool is fantastic and the view of the river is beautiful. The servers were extremely attentive and nice. Most everyone was very friendly and nice. It was a great location for rafting and because we got the bargain price, it was worth it, but I would definitely never pay for this hotel the prices that they are normally asking for.

Rooms needed updating with minor repairs like lights out etc. The prices at the restaurant were outrageously expensive and on top of that a 27% tax. They had two types of beer on the menu, but really only one available (the more expensive one) and charged us at the import/expensive beer price- even though we wanted the local/cheaper beer. One woman at reception and a man at the bar were really unfriendly and rude. My husband wanted to get a beer at 11pm and no worker was to be found to help us in the entire motel except a night guard who didn't speak English. My husband asked to speak to the manager, who then wouldn't even speak to him, but told the guard to just get him the beer. This definitely was not a 5 star hotel as stated on priceline and agoda. We told that to the rude woman at reception and she said "this is not a 5 star hotel, it is a 5 star motel". That said it all.

Excellent Room and verandah. Good food, great location, rolls Royce museum and white water rafting. We had nothing to complain about.

L'hotel è carino, in mezzo alla giungla, con una piscina vista fiume. La camera è grande e ha una bella veranda con mobili coniali: l'unica cosa è che sembra che dal tempo del colonialismo non siano state fatte modifiche significative..la porta della camera era rotta e non si chiudeva, per andare in camera occorreva passare dietro la cucina, insomma un ambiente che potenzialmente potrebbe essere bello ma è trascurato, si respira un senso di abbandono..

Non ci è piaciuta l'atmosfera troppo decadente che si respira in hotel: l'hotel è pulito ma nella reception I mobili sono segnati, rotti, I divani macchiati. E poi si mangia male! Per quanto riguarda la posizione va bene se volete andare a fare canoa o rafting sul fiume (è proprio lì) ma per il resto ci sono 50 km di nulla intorno.

Very charming hotel. Friedly staff. Excellent location at the riverside. Be sure to go rafting - the hotel will organise a very nice rafting experience for you which is applicable to everybody (not very challenging, but the scenery is just great).

Of some reason (either a mistake by the hotel or by Booking.com), our booking was not registered by the hotel. Luckily, we phoned the hotel in advance and were able to get rooms anyway. Also, be aware that since the hotel is located at the riverside, there are plenty of mosquitos in the evening.

Good dinner, Great room, Good big shower. Beautiful view of the river.

Poor breakfast menu. Poor Wifi Reception (Only lobby)
