The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We arrived in the afternoon and got a room last minute; it wasn’t available for 2 nights and the staff had no problem getting another room ready for us the next morning right at check out, so we just moved our bags there. The tuk tuks they ordered were punctual and all gave us better prices than those from town (about 10 min ride). String hoppers & curry for breakfast was super tasty and great portions. We simply told them what time we would like it and it was on time. Service here was fantastic, thanks guys!
The room was also quite luxurious; very comfortable bed, thick curtains to block sun, and piping hot showers. Really enjoyed our stay :)

We only spent one night at Cottage San Francesco, but it was enough to make it one of the best places we have stayed in Sri Lanka. The room is spacious, clean and well kept. Water and a kettle with tea/coffee were waiting for us. The bathroom is also clean, a nice feature with stones in the shower :) We woke up to a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. The staff was very nice and helpful, the gentlemens even helped a little with the tuk tuk. Highly recommended!

It’s the perfect place to get away from the busy world and just spend time in a serene and picture perfect location. The place is immaculate and the room is nicely decorated and very comfortable, we stayed in the Lavender Suite that has the best views. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we felt like royalty! The hotel also has a pool table and big living room area to enjoy a movie on a wide screen TV. But nothing beats the view of the mountains and the gorgeous sunset. The location - although difficult in some places to get to- but once you make it up that road, you know you made the right choice. The hotel location is perfectly located between Nuwara Eliya and Kandy so you can go spend the day in the city and come back in time for dinner. There’s a beautiful hike close by that takes you to the waterfall or you can just enjoy strolling through the tea plantation around the hotel.

Ork Ray Tea Bush Hotel is newly built 3.5 star hotel located at Ramboda. The hotel and their service is excellent. I can't forget that amazing view from my room. Whole night I didn’t switched on the room a/c. Opened wide balcony door to the nature and spend the night. There is a huge slope to the land from my balcony. The security is ok no risk at all.
Also served their own tea bags very freshly comes from their own tea factory to the guests rooms with free tea/coffee making facility. I do like their tea to taste without milk or any sweetness
