Very friendly staff and homely atmosphere, also great location.

WiFi reception could be improved a bit. Also there's no reception in the restaurant. New towels perhaps?

The location was excellent, very close to the city center, the staff was friendly, and the room was nice.

There was a funny smell in the room, probably from the carpet. I had to keep the window open at all times. They should really change the carpeting.

The receptionists were hospitable, particularly Laura. She couldn't do enough for me....I Would hire her in a second. The one who worked the evening shift on Sat. July 2nd was not nice, in fact cold and on the phone....I Seemed to be a bother to her. The breakfast was lovely.....the location was convenient and the value for money, perfect for my needs.

The carpeting throughout the guesthouse is worn and tired. The place needs sprucing up. It has charm, however, needs renovation. The handle on my door (#7) was loose. I reported it & it was never repaired. From a security standpoint, this is most important.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in January, we were 2 couples so we opted for a 2 bedroom suite which was excellent. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was extremely good with an extensive menu which was available from 8 - 12am. The hotel is family owned and run and the staff were very friendly and helpful accommodating our late arrival and departure times without fuss or extra costs. Location was perfect being in the Old Town and within easy walking distance of all of the sights aswell as 10mins from the bus and railway stations. We would recommend anyone contemplating a visit to Vilnius to consider this hotel as it represents excellent value for money.

The staff were excellent - so helpful. The location was also excellent, being walking distance between the city centre and the bus and train stations.

Reception was not staffed very late into the evening - not a problem if you are organised, though. It is not a real criticism because at the room rates being offered it would be unreasonable to expect every possible service and facility!

Hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The room was next to the street, but extremely quiet. Food at the hotel was excellent. The location is within walking distance to all prime tourist locations. An excellent value!

This hotel is best for do-it-yourself travelers. Not much help in recommending tours, how to get places, etc.

The only good thing I found was the price.

Lamp on the bedside table not working, towel hanger falling down, matress of low quality, no hair dryer in the room, breakfast according a menu and part of which the personnel forgot to bring. Night time (4 am) people knocking on doors and waking up the whole floor. And the hotel on booking is a 4 star one.

The staff bent over backwards to make our young family feel welcome. They allowed us to stay in our room for hours after check-out time. The breakfast is the best I've had in a hotel.

Una scala larga ma ripida per accedere alle camere e quindi non adatta a chi avesse avuto problemi seri di deambulazione

Ottima posizione (10 min dalla stazione ferroviaria e a pochi passi dal centro), staff davvero molto gentile e disponibile.
