Very-very friendly staff - we arrived when the reception was closed (after 10 pm). We were warmly met and, though the restaurant was closed, we were served a great dinner. We really want to thank the hotel staff for a very good stay and recommend this hotel to everyone! |

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Free secure parking was a great addition. Location was also perfect. Just five minutes walk from the center and ferry pier to Spit. If you wonder what the slight sweet odor that hangs around the area from time, that is the local Brewery next door. You can visit a guided tour there if you wish so. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient parking. Great sauna and spa. Good value for money. IMHO, the restaurant is their weak spot. With daily room service and airconditioning they would be a 4* hotel. |

This was really a perfect stay - A wonderful guesthouse very near the old city of Klaipeda (less than 5 min walk), totally new rooms, quiet. The staff was excellent, very hospitable and friendly! There is also a new spa complex that guests can use with a discounted price...Also breakfast was great! honestly there was nothing negative i can think of... |

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Altstadt konnte man zu Fuß erreichen. Vielleicht könnte man ein paar Stadtpläne bereithalten, die es in der Information auch kostenlos gibt, damit man sich gleich orientieren kann. Das Hotel könnte nachts etwas besser beleuchtet sein. Da wir sehr spät von der Fähre (Kiel - Klaipeda) kamen, sind wir erst einmal vorbei gefahren. Außerdem hatte ich per e-mail darauf hingewiesen, dass wir erst nach 22.30 Uhr ankommen. Deshalb wäre es schön gewesen, wenn es einen beleuchteten Hinweis gegeben hätte, wo man sich melden kann. Wir waren sehr glücklich, als nach längerer Zeit und mehrmaligem Klingeln doch noch jemand die Tür geöffnet hat. Das soll keine Kritik sein, nur eine Anregung. |

Уютный маленький отель. Замечательный закрытый дворик в котором расположено кафе и парковка. Очень услужливый и внимательный обслуживающий персонал. Хороший сервис за доступную цену. |

Внешний вид и дворик отеля Починить сантехнику и электричество в душе. Комнаты абсолютно неудобные, неуютные и бездушные, даже не хочется в них задерживаться. По-моему необходима помощь дизайнера интерьера. |

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Sehr neue und gut eingerichtete Zimmer. Ein kleineres Hotel in 2.ter Reihe hinter einem Restaurant. Freundliches Personal. Zu Fuss is das Zentrum gut zu erreichen. Als Zwischenstation oder Städtereise zu empfehlen. Familienurlaub eher nein. |
