My girlfriend insisted on the breakfast included and we chose the hotel for a weekend. The breakfast was good and in a very cosy place. We were given 2 rooms instead of payed one which was a nice surprise for us. The staff is good and ready to help. Excellent location. Value for money. We recomend. The cost of the bikes almost twice higher than in the street.

Good breakfast! Sauna, pool! Night silence! Location! There is no trash can in the room only in bath room that is inconvenient. Bed linen looks like used. Stains on the carpet because of light designe.

friendly staff, good location, massage and sauna, bike rent, elevator 1) clean towels were presented only at the end of the first day of presence, 2) flowers on the balcony blown by the strong Baltic winds distribute a bit too much dirt around (do not mind if keep balcony doors shut)

Neat hotel, nice staff at the reception, tiny in-door play-ground for the kids (great for a frequently dull weather). Not a single bed sheets change in 7 days (!), pooer service at the only hotel restaurant, very small rooms with old furniture, too expensive for this conditions. There much better options in Palanga..

Бесплатное парковочное место; хороший завтрак; для детей есть развлечения; удобное расположение. В отеле очень холодно и нет горячей воды ( из крана идет еле теплая). Это очень большие минусы !

Отель расположен в центре Паланги, практически все рядом - пляж, центральная улица, ботанический сад. Отменный завтрак. Приветливый персонал. не нашлось минусов.

Честно говоря,даже не ожидал такого качества обслуживания. Понравилось все:вежливость и доброжелательность персонала,чистота и порядок в номере,расположение отеля,наличие в нем сауны и ресторана,и так далее... Отдельную благодарность заслуживает персонал ресторана за качество обслуживания и блюда,которые там подают. Месторасположение отеля просто великолепно,в тихом районе и до центральной улицы пешком всего пару минут,до пляжа 10 минут прогулочным шагом. В следующий раз выбор отеля однозначен-только Alanga.

понравилось практически всё. особенно - бассейн: не сказать, что он чем- то отличается от других (стандартный по габаритам), но возможность забронировать бассейн и наслаждаться им без посторонних - очень удивило и обрадовало. воспользовались такой услугой с большим удовольствием! кровать: не очень практична, бельё ускользает куда-то вниз. подушки миниатюрные. пришлось попросить еще парочку. персонал отреагировал на нашу просьбу моментально - молодцы!

Gera vieta, švaru, skanus maistas. Registruojantis į viešbutį administratorė galėtų papasakoti papildomas paslaugas. pvz, aš buvau su mažu vaiku, bet nieko nebuvo užsiminta, kad yra žaidimų kambarys. Taip pat nepapasakojo apie baseiną, kur yra ir pan. taip pat internete skelbiama, kad yra baseinas, tačiau niekur neužsimenema, kad ši paslauga mokama, tai sužinai tik viešbutyje esančiame kainoraštyje.

месторасположение, богатый завтрак, русскоговорящий персонал, своя автостоянка, детская площадка в отеле При двуспальной кровати было только одно 1,5 одеяло, если одеяло одно, то оно могло быть хотя бы двуспальным, но лучше, если бы одеял было бы 2.

Все понравилось - место удобное, рядом центральная улица, близко пляж, магазины, Ботанический сад. Wi-Fi Интернет в комнате не работал, в комнате маловато мебели (стульев), плохие подушки.
