Helpful staff, clean, interesting/artistic interior, excellent location close to downtown, silent notwithstanding the location near train station and busy streets. Don’t book twin room for single use – you won’t find there the other bed anyway. I wouldn’t suggest staying at this hotel during autumn – the heating is really poor and the hotel has only 2 spare heaters for all the rooms. |

The hotel is within walking distance to both the central station and the old town. The staff was excellent, offering to mail off my post cards for me, showing me exactly where to find stuff around the old town, and answered questions politely. They spoke English very well. |

Almost in the city centre, cheap, rooms with basic stuff included. No significant problems encountered. For some reason, there was no chair in the single-person apartment. |

Hotel is very close to the city center, market hall (local food, fresh, cheap, good for breakfast) and Maxima supermarket. It has small parking ate the backyard. Room was clean, staff helpful. You can pay in Euro or lit. It has a lift. TV in room but no remote controller ;), manual operation ;) It is generally difficult to reach old town locations by car- one way direction streets ;) but it is minor problem, hotel was fine. |

The front desk staff spoke english well. The hotel was simple and well kept with no frills but still classy and homey feeling. The location is walking distance to the train/bus station and the taxi to the airport is cheaper than some of the other hotels down in Gedimino area. Free wireless is also nice. Although the wireless server said it was only a promotion, I do hope the hotel continues to offer it free. Many travelers use it as there means to communicate with family/friends, make plans, reservations, order tickets, and what not. Everything was perfect. |

The location of the hotel is ideal. It is near to the railway/bus station and is right on the edge of the old town. The rooms were smart and clean. Generous good quality breakfast. The bed rooms were cold as the heating had not been switched on yet despite the cold weather. When this issue was raised the hotel staff provided a portable heater for the room, rather than simply switching on the radiators. |

Convinient location near the railway station and trolleybus stops. The Old Town starts from the opposite side of street. The staff spoke english and was friendly. Room was a bit chilly (October) but the blanket was thick so it did not really bother my sleep. |

Great location, 300 mt. from train and bus central stations and 10 mts. from a huge indoor market very well provided with everything and at excellent prices. It has parking lot. Great breakfast. Just 3 floors but it has a lift. Excellent public transportation to everywhere. The people at the front desk always very cooperative for anything we needed from extra clean towels at night to explanations about how to reach places, history, etc., very friendly and helpful. Great people. It's an old building but completely renovated to new. Furniture, carpets, the toilets and baths, etc. Very cozy and comfortable. |

Very helpful staff and an excellent location near the Old Town. Free parking and (for summer 2009) free internet connection. There were no real curtains in the room, it was difficult to sleep at night. There was also no cupboard in the room, little place for one's things. The bathroom sewage system was very slow. The breakfast was quite restricted and small on some mornings. |

Small, simple and clean room, just got all the things we needed and not more than that. No summer blankets on the bed, only thick winter duvets. The traffic in the street was a little bit noisy. |

Convenient location close to public transport and the Old Town at a competitive price. Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, not necessarily in the room. There is a coin operated machine in the lobby. |
