Good location

This is a great value for anyone wanting to explore Vilnius while staying in a safe, clean, friendly hotel. The hotel is very simple, small, and could even be described as "sparse," but it has everything I could have wanted, including a delicious breakfast (several steps up from the continental breakfasts at chains in the U.S.). I felt very comfortable and happy at Ambassador.

I loved the location--as everything I could have possibly wanted or needed was within footsteps of the door, including ATMs, an air conditioned, tasteful mall across the street (housed in an ornate old building), many cafes, and all the main sightseeing areas within easy walking distance. The only drawback was that, it being summer, I liked to fling my very large windows wide, and because it doesn't get dark that far north till 10:30 (in July), the streets were filled with people laughing and talking. Could be a little noisy--though not with cars and sirens, just happy people in the sidewalk cafes.

I loved the ladies working behind the desk, they were so friendly and very helpfull when i needed something. They helped with my taxis and told me where to go to eat. I look forward to staying there again just because they gave me such good service. I work at a 5 star hotel in london and i was vetry impressed with them. I think the one girl was called Egle.

The TV was very small and did not actually work.

booking wykonany został na dwa pokje z balkonami. W rezutacie jeden z pokoi nie miał balkonu.

Расположение, персонал, чистый, уютный номер, замена полотенец каждый день, большой шкаф.

Дует из окон (окна старые с щелями), завтрак в воскресенье с 9-00.

Atsaucīgs personāls, bet galvenā priekšrocība ir atrašanās vieta.

Tv pults nedarbojās un kanālu izvēle diezgan niecīga.

несуетливая классическая камерная обстановка отеля; вышколенный персонал; отсутствие назойливой рекламы.

старые оконные деревянные рамы, продуваемые ветром, между которыми лежит снег и не тает; поэтому в номере холодно, хотя батареи горячие.

Оперативность в заселении

плохо стекает вода в раковине

Wi-fi не дотягивает до крайних номеров,телевизор маленький с плохо настроенными каналами и звуком без русских каналов. завтрак стал скромнее, раньше было лучше.

очень классное месторасположение, в центре города. хорошая и удобная комната. отличные персонал: девушки на ресепшене просто класс: милые и добрые. завтрак тоже неплохой: мяско, помидорка, огурчик, яйцо, маленький круассан, йогурт, сок, кофе, хлеб, сыр. отлично для тех, кто не привык очень много есть по утрам. в целом очень понравилось. буду всегда там останавливаться.

были зимой, в 15-ти градусный холод. в номере было тоже почему-то немножко холодно, однако с окна не дуло. большое спасибо работникам отеля, что в шкаф они положили 2 дополнительных одеяла - с ними было просто шикарно :)
